Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.Under this background,college students are born with the identity of "Internet natives",and they are the main research subjects of Internet ideological and political education in the new era.The comprehensive penetration of the Internet into social life has subtly changed people's thinking patterns and behavioral habits,especially college students.College students' values are highly malleable,but their ideological cognition is easily invaded by backward and negative information under the profound influence of the network environment.contamination,which in turn affects behavioral norms.Therefore,improving college students' network information literacy,guiding college students to consciously identify the nature of network information and avoiding the negative impact of the network,encouraging college students to take the initiative to undertake the mission of building a clean and positive cyberspace,and enhancing their enthusiasm for striving for the goal of building a strong country through the Internet have become a new era.The important task of ideological and political education.First of all,this paper takes college students in the new era as the research object,sorts out the definitions of the concept of network information literacy at home and abroad,puts forward the concept of network information literacy for college students in the new era,and makes a structure for general network information literacy and high-level network information literacy.The distinction and explanation of the elements become the theoretical support of the full text.Secondly,according to the existing data analysis and daily observation,the present situation and characteristics of college students' network information literacy are described.College students have a keen awareness of network information and are rich in information knowledge,but there are problems in the ability of college students to think about network information,information immunity,and information learning and application.The multiple characteristics of network information structure,social identity and segmentation interaction,active and open information participation,together with the status quo,constitute the realistic basis for the group and particularity of college students' network information literacy.Thirdly,from three aspects of college students,college education,and network platform,this paper deeply discusses the challenges of college students' network information literacy improvement,reveals the reasons that hinder the improvement of literacy,and provides ideas for countermeasure analysis.From the perspective of college students,the lack of self-control and the obvious self-orientation of college students are the internal factors that cause challenges;from the perspective of colleges and universities,the school education model is a mere formality and lacks systematic structural support,which affects the improvement of network information literacy.External factors: From the perspective of network platforms,disorderly dissemination of network information,weak supervision of network information,and fission of network value concepts have also created challenges that cannot be underestimated in the cultivation and improvement of network information literacy.Finally,it proposes strategies for improving college students' network information literacy in the new era.This paper believes that under the three principles of integrating knowledge rationality with value shaping,combining multi-study education and multi-subject combined education,and unifying theoretical education and practical education,it is necessary to create a clear network information space for the improvement of college students' network information literacy..From the three perspectives of optimizing the elements of college network education and strengthening the autonomy of college students to improve their network information literacy from the perspective of "big ideological and political" thinking,jointly build a comprehensive improvement system for college students' network information literacy and enhance the positive interaction between college students and network information And the ability to build a cyber power.
