| As the issue of juvenile delinquency has become the focus of attention from all walks of life and our country attaches great importance to the protection of juveniles,how to prevent and correct juvenile delinquency,and the use of professional concepts and knowledge of social work to intervene in the assistance of juveniles involved in crimes,has become an important topic in the field of judicial social work.This paper adopts the case study method and is based on the intervention theory from the perspective of ecosystem.On the premise of complying with the social work research ethics,this paper studies the practical intervention process of the case of Xiao Shi,a minor involved in crime.Through analysis and evaluation,it was found that the subject Xiao Shi mainly faced the problems of irrational individual cognition,lack of caring and interaction among family members,tension in parent-child relationship,deviation in making friends,and weak legal awareness;at the same time,he also faced the problems of relieving insomnia pressure,emotional counseling and psychological support,reconstruction of family relations,healthy interpersonal communication,and the needs of re-socialized development.In the process of practical intervention,the framework of ecosystem analysis is used,and professional methods such as focus short-range technology and family resilience are comprehensively used.Through five stages,we intervened in the individual system,family system and social system,etc.of the subject,and finally effectively completed the case assistance to Xiaoshi.The adaptation to the personal system and the subject’s interaction with the external environment have improved his coping ability.In the end,based on the review of the entire practice intervention process,the study reflects and discusses the application of professional concepts and skills,over-catering and service effectiveness,service system integration,and the limitations of intervention from the perspective of ecosystem.Corresponding suggestions are put forward from four aspects: insisting on the dual focus of "individual-environment" in professional intervention,the combination of professional and service ecosystem network,the normalization of professional effectiveness testing and maintenance,and clear service relationship. |
