The elderly living alone are a vulnerable group that cannot be ignored in society,and the female elderly living alone as the main component of the elderly living alone,due to the long-term living alone and the decline of physical function,their sense of self-efficacy will be affected to varying degrees and should be paid close attention by society.When the author interned in the T community in Chengdu,he found that there are more elderly people living alone in this community,and among the elderly living alone,women account for a large proportion.A sample survey found that female elderly people living alone had a lower sense of self-efficacy.In this study,aiming at the self-efficacy problem of female elderly people living alone in Chengdu T community,the self-efficacy was divided into three dimensions:emotional status,self-confidence and social situation,and mindfulness cognitive therapy was selected to enhance their self-efficacy through group work intervention.In the process of group intervention,attention is paid to guiding female elderly people living alone to carry out mindfulness training;During the group evaluation stage,the Emotion Regulation Self-Efficacy Scale(RES),the General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)and the Social Self-Efficacy(PSSE)were used to compare and analyze the before and after measurement data of the group members’ self-efficacy,supplemented by interviews with the group members to evaluate the intervention effect of the team’s work.The study concluded that the combination of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy and group work involved the improvement of self-efficacy in female elderly people living alone was significant;Mindfulness training can effectively help team members to concentrate,better perceive their own body and emotional state,change bad cognition,and improve self-efficacy.Group activities focus on guiding group members to communicate and communicate,and build a social support network,which can effectively promote the social self-efficacy of team members;Group members have learning opportunities and platforms to show themselves in group activities,feel and affirm their own value,and effectively enhance their general sense of self-efficacy;In the group activities,the discussion session is used to encourage the group members to learn and communicate emotional regulation,which can effectively improve the self-efficacy of the group members’ emotional regulation.
