This study takes Hangzhou Normal University as an example,from the reality of physical education practice,according to the graduation requirements of teacher training professional certification,constructs the evaluation index of physical education practice,provides a reference for the optimization of physical education practice links in Hangzhou Normal University and other brother colleges,tries to give full play to the functions of guidance,supervision and inspection,encouragement,selection,appraisal and improvement of educational practice evaluation,provides goal orientation for interns’ practice and guidance of teachers,and provides reference for interns’ educational practice evaluation.For the purposes of this study,Using questionnaire,Delphi and AHP as the main research methods,Combining OBE ideas,Following the construction principle,the evaluation index of physical education practice is constructed,After two rounds of screening,Establishing the evaluation index of educational practice,Two primary,seven secondary and 17 tertiary indicators were obtained.In the weight analysis,the weight of the two primary indexes is similar,The biggest weight of the seven secondary indicators is the "teaching results" index,The lowest weight is the "class teacher work" index,The biggest weight of the 17 three-level indicators is the "classroom teaching" index,The smallest weight is the "student work" index.And according to the educational practice evaluation index,Establishing specific operational evaluation criteria for educational practice,Including grading criteria and grading criteria,Finally,20 experts and 50 students verified that the evaluation criteria are feasible.Based on the analysis and discussion of the above findings,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Construction of OBE based physical education practice evaluation indicators,including process assessment and results assessment of two first-level indicators,work attitude,teaching work,class teacher work,teaching and research work,teaching work results,class teacher work results and teaching and research work results of 7 second-level indicators,ideological and moral character,practice emotion,practice behavior and other 17 third-level indicators.(2)Established the physical education specialized education practice appraisal index weight.In the first class index,the weight of process assessment is equal to that of achievement assessment;in the second class index,the top 3 of combination weight is teaching work result,work attitude,teaching work;in the third class index,the top6 of combination weight are classroom teaching,ideological and moral character,teaching preparation,practice behavior,class management,extracurricular training.(3)In order to use the evaluation index to evaluate,through the weight of the reference index,each index is assigned a total of 100 points.According to the weight of the first level index,the process assessment and the result assessment are divided into 50 points.According to the combination weight of the second and third level indexes,the indexes at all levels are assigned,and the specific evaluation criteria are listed for the third level indicators.(4)The evaluation standard of physical education practice includes the evaluation standard and grade standard.After verifying the experts and students,it is concluded that the standard index is comprehensive and reasonable,operable and feasible.
