With the rapid development of China's economy and society,the continuous progressof Internet information technology has promoted the rapid expansion of online education industry.In the fierce competition of online education industry,the requirements for employees are increasingly stringent,and the problems of employees are gradually emerging,which will make employees feel job burnout.Employees with serious job burnout are not only physically overburdened,but also leave negative psychological effects.If this situation lasts for too long,then the efficiency of work will also gradually decline.In this paper,the burnout of online education employees is made as a research problem,taking the employees of enterprise Y in Zhengzhou city as an example,this paper used the literature method to collect the relevant literature about the burnout of enterprise employees at home and abroad,and collected the data from the employees of enterprise Y by questionnaires and interviews.According to the collected data,the current situation of online education employees was analyzed from three dimensions of burnout,namely emotional exhaustion,depersonalization,and low achievement,and it was found that employees showed burnout in terms of shift leading situation,performance assessment,service recipients,and under the influence of double reduction policy.Under the guidance of social work theory,we conducted six group activities using social work techniques to help group members clarify burnout,release burnout,and learn more methods and techniques to alleviate burnout so as to improve their burnout situation.Finally,the effectiveness of the service was examined through post-activity process evaluation and reflection,as well as outcome evaluation by means of interviews,satisfaction surveys,self-assessment of social workers,and comparison of pre-tests and post-tests.The study found that the burnout problem of group members has improved,and then verified the operability and effectiveness of group work intervention in the burnout problem of employees in online education enterprises,and finally gave feasible suggestions from three levels,hoping that it can help more employees in online education enterprises to alleviate burnout and work effectively.
