China is a unified country with multiple ethnic groups.Its 56 ethnic groups are interdependent and weal and woe together,forming a community with a shared future for the Chinese nation.To build a strong sense of community of the Chinese nation reflects a new way for the Party and the state to handle ethnic relations and resolve ethnic affairs in the new era,and is also a guide to action and spiritual strength for safeguarding ethnic unity and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Ethnic college students is the hope of the future national construction,building a strong sense of community of the Chinese nation as an important content of ideological education,is to help college students set up firm ideal faith,foster correct world outlook,the outlook on life,values,and improve students' comprehensive quality,and accelerate the progress of ethnic unity education work important measure.The comprehensive development of the education of "building a strong sense of community of the Chinese nation" is conducive to safeguarding the spiritual home of the future builders of the motherland.The content of this paper is divided into five parts,according to the theoretical basis of "building a strong sense of community of the Chinese nation",the conditions and necessity of education implementation,the practice in colleges and universities,and the internal logic of countermeasures.The focus of this paper is to comprehensively understand the current situation of the education practice of "building a strong sense of community of the Chinese nation" among college students in the two universities,analyze the existing problems and possible causes,and then provide possibilities and feasible countermeasures for the education of "building a strong sense of community of the Chinese nation" in the universities for nationalities.
