Since entering the 21st century,the rapid development of economic globalization and information technology has provided great opportunities and challenges for higher education.China's higher education has entered a stage of rapid development,and the reform of higher education has become a common concern of the society.Curriculum construction is an important part of teaching construction in universities,and is the key to improve the quality of higher education and personnel training.In October 2019,the Ministry of Education issued the "opinions on the implementation of first-class undergraduate curriculum construction",which put forward requirements for the curriculum construction of colleges and universities,in order to improve the quality of undergraduate teaching.Local universities are an important part of undergraduate universities,and should be the key participation group of national first-class undergraduate curriculum construction.However,there are still many problems in quality and management of the national first-class undergraduate courses in local universities.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out systematic research on the construction of national first-class undergraduate courses in local universities.On the basis of expounding the research background,research review,concept definition and other basic issues,this paper analyzes from the following parts:The first part is the investigation of the current situation of the national first-class undergraduate course construction in local universities,including the overall situation of the national first-class undergraduate course construction in local universities,and the current situation of the national first-class undergraduate course construction in H University.By using the methods of questionnaire and interview,this paper explores students' perception of national first-class undergraduate curriculum in H University from four dimensions of curriculum objectives,curriculum content,curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation,and investigates teachers in H University from six aspects of policy cognition,curriculum objectives,curriculum content,curriculum implementation,curriculum evaluation,curriculum management and teaching staff.The second part is the analysis of the problems and causes of the construction of national first-class undergraduate courses in local universities.Based on the second part of the survey results,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the construction of national first-class undergraduate courses in local universities.The main problems are as follows: policy awareness is low,connotation understanding is not deep enough;the security system needs to be improved,and the actual needs are not closely linked;management responsibilities are not clear,organization setting is incomplete;curriculum team configuration is unbalanced,teachers lack effective training;curriculum implementation interaction is insufficient,information technology application needs to be improved;curriculum construction concept is not clear enough,lack of initiative and overall conscious-ness;insufficient technical support,haven't set up special technical support team.The main reasons are that the local colleges and universities are in a weak position in the higher education system,the administrative tendency of the management system affect the initiative consciousness of curriculum construction,the weakness of the previous curriculum construction projects continues,and the narrow construction of first-class disciplines and first-class majors leads to the weak foundation of curriculum construction.The third part is to explore the countermeasures to optimize the construction of national first-class undergraduate courses in local universities.Based on the theoretical analysis and empirical investigation of the first three parts,aiming at the main problems,this paper puts forward the following suggestions for the improvement of the national first-class undergraduate curriculum construction in local colleges and Universities: first,clarify the connotation of the policy,enhance the scientific cognition of the national first-class undergraduate curriculum;second,improve the management mechanism,improve the guarantee system of the national first-class undergraduate curriculum construction;third,improve the quality of teachers Fourth,reform teaching methods: optimize the implementation process of national first-class undergraduate courses;fifth,balance the differences between schools: promote the construction of national first-class undergraduate courses.
