A Study On The Involvement Of Group Work In The Sense Of Powerlessness Of Tibetan Women From The Perspective Of Empowerment

This paper focuses on the sense of powerlessness that Tibetan women in N village felt during the process of village development and change,and systematically expounds the direct barriers to power and indirect subjective and objective barriers to power of Tibetan women in N village from three dimensions of "cannot","insufficient" and "injustice".This paper uses the professional method of group work to intervene the sense of powerlessness of Tibetan women,in order to improve the ability of Tibetan women in N village to read,write and read numbers,promote interpersonal assistance among Tibetan women,deepen the identification of collective identity in practice,and then enhance the awareness of participating in public affairs.The objectives of the group activities in this paper are divided into three levels.The corresponding activities are Arabic number recognition,Guozhuang dance and community volunteer activities respectively,which enhance the power of Tibetan women in N village at the individual level,interpersonal relationship level and community participation level.Through the intervention of group work,Tibetan women's empowerment is reflected in the following three aspects: first,self-empowerment,which improves their ability to control life and realizes the empowerment of ideas and discourse.Second,collective energy is enhanced to build the ability of interpersonal mutual assistance.Guozhuang dance excavates the economic resources of Tibetan women in the scene,builds the mutual assistance and support relationship of Tibetan women in the collectivization,and improves the ability of Tibetan women to control their lives in the process.Third,the empowerment of the community has enhanced the ability of Tibetan women to participate in public affairs.The awareness of Tibetan women has promoted social reflection on their life difficulties.Action reflection has promoted the reorganization of personal experience and life experience of Tibetan women.Finally from the theoretical level,the role of social workers and the practical process of reflection.
