Research On Infiltrating Labor Education Into Biology Teaching In Junior Middle School

In recent years,labor education has been gradually ignored in teaching.Labor education in many schools is a mere formality,students' labor ability is reduced,and the phenomenon of getting something for nothing,unwilling to work,afraid of hardship and fatigue,and disrespect for labor achievements is becoming more and more serious.In order to better cultivate talents in the new era,schools must strengthen labor education for students.Biology is a subject based on experiment,and the experimental process itself is the process of labor.Biology teaching materials involve a lot of labor education.Biology teaching and labor education can promote each other at the same time.Infiltrating labor education in biology teaching is an effective way to implement labor education.This study investigated some students and biology teachers in 7 junior middle schools in Liangjiang New Area of Chongqing through questionnaires and interviews to understand the situation of labor education in biology teaching and the problems encountered in labor education;Then,aiming at the problems found in student survey and teacher interview,this paper puts forward some practical and operable Implementation Paths and countermeasures;Finally,taking the first volume of biology textbook for Grade 8 of compulsory education textbook of Hebei children's Publishing House(12th edition in June 2013)as an example,this paper analyzes the materials related to labor education in the textbook,designs and implements biology teaching cases infiltrating labor education,and explores its teaching effect.The results show that:1.Through the survey,it is found that the vast majority of junior middle school students will respect workers in different positions in their life,have correct labor values,and can also realize the importance of labor for their all-round development,but do not develop good labor habits and quality.Students said that biology teachers have a high degree of penetration into labor education,but the teaching method is single,the labor content is not rich enough,and there is a lack of evaluation of students' labor.2.Through teacher interviews,it is found that there are still the following problems in infiltrating labor education in biology teaching: school labor education is a mere formality,biology teachers have weak awareness of labor education,infiltrating labor education in biology teaching lacks effective teaching strategies,and it is difficult for students to adhere to the practice of labor practice activities with long activity cycle.3.In view of the problems found in the investigation,the author puts forward the following countermeasures:(1)establish a multi-disciplinary comprehensive labor curriculum system and implement labor education;(2)Improve the labor education awareness of biology teachers through relevant training;(3)Dig deep into the labor materials in biology teaching materials and expand the content of labor education;(4)Enrich teaching means and strengthen labor practice;(5)Clarify labor objectives and improve education efficiency;(6)Strengthen the labor evaluation of students.4.Through the analysis of the teaching materials,it is found that the teaching materials contain rich labor education materials close to life.Combined with the biology teaching content of junior middle school,using the above strategies,this paper designs and implements the biology teaching case penetrating labor education,realizes the expected teaching effect,improves students' interest in learning biology and participating in labor,promotes students to develop good labor habits and quality,and verifies that the coping strategies proposed by the author are practical and feasible.As the main force of education,schools play a leading role in education and teaching.First,we should ensure that there are documents to clarify the class hours of labor education,and teachers of various disciplines organically infiltrate labor education in teaching to implement labor education.Many scholars have put forward scientific and effective suggestions on the strategies of carrying out labor education in biology teaching,but there are few studies on the difficulties and existing problems encountered by biology teachers in carrying out labor education,and the case study of biology teaching integrating labor education is rare.Through the preliminary exploration of the research on labor education in junior middle school biology teaching,I hope to provide some reference for other biology teachers to carry out labor education.
