In November 2014,when attending the first World Internet Conference,Li Keqiang pointed out that the Internet is a new tool for mass entrepreneurship and innovation.On March 5,2015,at the three session of the twelve National People's Congress,the Prime Minister of Li Keqiang first put forward the Internet plus action plan in her government work report.internet plus "refers to the application of Internet technology in daily production,integration and optimization of all elements in production,and the application of the latest scientific and technological achievements in the Internet industry to all sectors of society,continuously enhancing the innovation and productivity of the existing real economy,and providing the basis and development potential for wider economic development through Internet technology." Internet plus represents a new economic mode and form,which can provide infrastructure and high-quality tools for socio-economic development.By analyzing the traditional teaching mode and the disadvantages existing in the traditional art teaching,this paper summarizes the characteristics and limitations of the multimedia teaching mode formed by the integration of information technology and art discipline in the past.Meanwhile,the "Internet plus" art teaching in junior middle schools can change the restriction of teachers' imbalance in urban and rural areas at the present stage,reduce the influence of time and space factors on Art Teaching in junior high schools,and provide a fair teaching allocation for urban and rural junior high school art teaching.On this basis,combined with Internet technology and Internet thinking,this paper analyzes the popular micro class,Mu class,flipped class and online teaching app,uses and tries to combine it with art teaching mode to build a new integration mode of information technology and art teaching.In order to promote the reform of teaching methods in art teaching in junior high schools,it is inevitable to use the Internet plus technology to enrich the way of receiving junior high school students.Meanwhile,it requires that the art teachers in junior middle schools have higher information level and can reasonably use the relevant Internet plus technology to achieve the goal of promoting the development of art teaching in junior middle schools.During the novel coronavirus pneumonia,all teachers and students were taught by Internet,because the whole nation was isolated.This made the Internet Art Teaching available for the first time,thus enriching the research work of art teaching in junior high school.So this Internet plus internet teaching is a combination of Internet plus and art teaching in junior middle school.It explores how to use Internet + technology to promote the development of art teaching in junior middle schools under the background of "Internet plus".This paper is composed of four parts: the first part mainly expresses the main application forms of the Internet plus technology,and discusses its influence on the art teaching in junior high schools.The second part analyzes the current situation and Strategies of using the Internet plus to carry out art teaching through investigation and interviews,and explores the advantages of the "Internet plus" junior high school art teaching application in the market.The third part analyzes the case of "Internet plus" technology applied to art teaching in junior high schools.The fourth part mainly discusses the impact of emerging virtual reality technology on Art Teaching in junior middle school,so as to further promote the reform of art teaching in junior middle school.
