Research On Optimisation Of Entrepreneurship Education System In Local Agricultural Universities

Entrepreneurship education in local agricultural colleges and universities is an inevitable requirement for deepening the comprehensive reform of higher education,cultivating modern agricultural talents who understand agriculture,love the countryside,love farmers,and supporting China's innovation-driven development strategy.This paper is a study on the entrepreneurship education system of students in local agricultural colleges and universities.University A in J province was selected as a typical case,taking into account regional characteristics and research accumulation.Drawing on the theoretical knowledge of comprehensive human development,ecosystem and Maslow's hierarchy of needs,we used method of literature analysis,surveys and interviews and comparative analysis to conduct an in-depth analysis of data and information on entrepreneurship and employment statements,entrepreneurship policy texts,entrepreneurship competitions,and the entrepreneurship work of the whole university and some secondary colleges from 2010 to 2020 in University A in J Province.Based on the objectives and characteristics of entrepreneurship education in local agricultural colleges and universities,we analyze the effectiveness and problems of the current development of entrepreneurship education system in local agricultural colleges and universities by focusing on the entrepreneurship education curriculum system,entrepreneurship education practice system and entrepreneurship education guarantee system.The study shows that the current development of entrepreneurship education in University A is steadily advancing,entrepreneurship education policies are improving,the number of entrepreneurship students is steadily increasing,and breakthroughs are made in entrepreneurship awards.Combining the experience related to entrepreneurship education system for college students at home and abroad,we suggest the optimization of entrepreneurship education system in local agricultural colleges and universities: First,we should build a scientific and reasonable entrepreneurship education curriculum system,create an excellent entrepreneurship faculty,and carry out categorical guidance to realize teaching according to students' abilities;second,we should improve the entrepreneurship practice education system,expand the entrepreneurship education practice platform,and strengthen school-local cooperation,school-enterprise cooperation,and school-school cooperation;third,we should create an evaluation and assessment system for entrepreneurship education,adopt a diversified and effective way to evaluate and assess students' learning effects,and change the school's assessment orientation for entrepreneurship education teachers;fourth,we should create a complete entrepreneurship education service and guarantee system,mainly in creating a strong entrepreneurial atmosphere,introducing and training excellent teachers,and increasing the financial investment in entrepreneurship education.The study is of great significance to promote the construction and development of entrepreneurship education system in local agricultural colleges and universities,and provide some reference for local agricultural colleges and universities to cultivate entrepreneurial talents in the new era.
