Research Objective: Based on the analysis and discussion of the current situation of junior high school students' endurance quality and its influencing factors,this study used endurance intervention to conduct teaching experiments on two classes of girls in the second grade of Tongren No.1 Middle School,and tested the effect of endurance intervention in the process of experiment.It is expected to provide reference for the development of junior high school students' endurance quality and the improvement of 800 meters running results.Research Methods: This paper obtains the theoretical basis through the literature method,obtains the index data through the observation method and the measurement method,carries on the statistical analysis to the data through the mathematical statistics method,carries on the analysis and comparison to the experimental results with the logical analysis method.Research objects: randomly selected girls from Grade 2(1)and Grade 2(3)of Tongren No.1Middle School were taken as the experimental subjects.Grade 2(1)was the experimental class,and the endurance teaching was conducted with B-type intensive interval training as the main exercise method,while Grade 2(3)was the control class,and the endurance teaching was conducted with medium time continuous training as the main exercise method.Before the experiment,the body shape index,body function index and endurance quality index of the students were measured and analyzed,and the results showed that there was no statistically significant difference.On this basis,the experiment was carried out.The endurance intervention lasted for 10 weeks,20 minutes twice a week.After the experiment,the students were tested,and the test data before and after the experiment were analyzed by mathematical statistics.Results:(1)After the experiment,the average body weight of the girls in the experimental class was lower than that before the experiment,with a statistically significant difference.The average body weight of the girls in the control class was also lower than that before the experiment,but there was no statistical difference.(2)After the experiment,the BMI value of the girls in the experimental class was lower than that before the experiment,showing a statistically significant difference,while the change of the BMI value of the girls in the control class was small and there was no statistical difference.(3)After the experiment,the performance of the vital capacity of the girls in the experimental class was significantly improved compared with that before the experiment,and there was a statistically significant difference;The performance of the vital capacity of girls in the control class was also improved compared with that before the experiment,but the improvement range was smaller than that of the experimental class,and there was a statistical difference.(4)After the experiment,the results of 800 meters of girls in the experimental class were improved compared with those before the experiment,with a statistically significant difference.The results of 800 meters of girls in the control class were also improved compared with those before the experiment,but the improvement was not as great as that of the experimental class,with a statistically significant difference as well.Conclusion: After 10 weeks of endurance intervention,the physical form,physical function and endurance quality of the students in the experimental class and the control class all changed compared with that before the experiment,but the change in the experimental class was more obvious than that in the control class.It shows that the endurance intervention based on B-type intensive interval training is better than the endurance intervention based on medium time continuous training.It can more effectively improve the body shape,cardiopulmonary function,develop endurance quality and improve the 800-meter performance of junior middle school students.
