Dormitory interpersonal relationship is one of the most important interpersonal relationships faced by boarding students.With the continuous development of vocational education,the growing group of vocational college students has increasingly become an indispensable part of the education group.However,there are few researches on dormitory interpersonal relationship of secondary vocational school students in China.Therefore,this paper will take the secondary vocational school students in Ganzhou area as an example,through the way of questionnaire survey to understand the overall state of the dormitory of secondary vocational school students,part of the students with poor dormitory satisfaction into the group,through the Balint group form of intervention research on group members,through group activities to improve the satisfaction of dormitory interpersonal relationships.Through the research mode of investigation + intervention,this paper aims to conduct analytical research and exploratory intervention on dormitory interpersonal relationship of secondary vocational school students,and provide reference for the follow-up research on dormitory interpersonal relationship of secondary vocational school students.The full text is divided into five chapters to elaborate on this study.The first chapter is literature review,including the definition,formation and development of dormitory interpersonal relationship,domestic and foreign research on dormitory interpersonal relationship,the main influencing factors of dormitory interpersonal relationship in different stages,the introduction,development,development in China and operation form of Balint Group,etc;The second chapter is the question and research design,including research questions,research purposes,research significance;The third chapter for the Ganzhou area vocational students,their dormitory overall satisfaction,dormitory conflicts when the practice,the difference of different demographic variables were investigated;The fourth chapter is the intervention study of Balint group,through the comparison of the experimental group(8 times of Balint group activities)and the control group(blank group)and the follow-up interview of the group members,to verify whether the intervention of Balint group for dormitory interpersonal relationship is effective or not;The fifth chapter is the discussion and analysis of the results of the third and fourth chapters,and the analysis of the limitations and shortcomings of this study.Conclusion: The degree of dormitory satisfaction of secondary vocational school students is above the middle level,and the proportion of students who are not satisfied with dormitory relationship is 11.93%;76.6% of the students were satisfied with their dormitory relationship;When the conflict occurs in the dormitory,the choice order of the secondary vocational students is communication(63.92%);Inclusion(56.66%);Reflection(48.41%);Patience(25.75%);Avoidance(16.3%);Arguments(5.37%);Retaliation(1.09%);Dormitory relationship satisfaction in different gender,different household registration,class cadres or not,and other demographic variables have significant differences;There is no significant difference in the only child.There were significant differences in different specialties,and the scores were higher in subjects < science < medicine;There are significant differences in different grades,the score of grade 2019 < grade 2018 < grade2017;There is a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the diagnosis scale of dormitory interpersonal relationship,which proves that the intervention study of Balint group on dormitory interpersonal relationship of secondary vocational school students is effective;The experience of members after Balint's intervention further proves that group activities are effective.
