| The quality and quantity of agricultural labor force are the double bottlenecks restricting the current development of agricultural modernization.Implementing the " One College Student Project In One Village" and cultivating new professional farmers will help provide talent support for rural revitalization.According to the survey data of 324 farmer households in Jiangxi Province,the binary Logit model is used to analyze the six dimensions of individual characteristics,family characteristics,policy cognition,learning costs,learning majors and learning methods influence for farmers’ participation in the“One College Student Project In One Village”.The results show that middle-aged farmers with a higher education level,higher income level and understanding of policies have a strong willingness to participate in training;low learning costs,modern agricultural technology,agricultural economic management,and e-commerce in their majors can attract farmers to participate;classroom teaching,Remote observation and on-site guidance are popular learning methods among farmers. |
