"Opinions on comprehensively deepening curriculum reform and implementing the fundamental task of moral education","curriculum plan of ordinary high school" and curriculum standards of 20 subjects of ordinary high school all implement the fundamental task of moral education,reflecting the training requirements of core literacy.According to " the requirements of the curriculum standard of biology in senior high school(2017 Edition)",the cultivation of four core qualities of life concept,scientific thinking,scientific inquiry and social responsibility should be implemented in biology teaching.Biology is a natural subject characterized by experiment,and the requirements for scientific thinking ability run through the process of experiment design,experiment exploration and evaluation.It can be seen that biology experiment teaching is an important way to improve students' scientific thinking level.The assessment of scientific thinking level is defined in the curriculum standard.This study is based on the curriculum standard from the perspective of biological experiments,in order to solve the relationship between different aspects of biological experiments and the cultivation of students' various types of thinking.According to the characteristics of scientific thinking level reflected in the experiments,a grading system of scientific thinking suitable for biological experiments is constructed.Based on the classification of experimental purpose,this study divides senior high school biology experiment into skill experiment,verification experiment,inquiry experiment and research experiment.By analyzing the scientific thinking level needed to complete different types of experiments,the corresponding relationship between experiment types and scientific thinking level system is established as follows: skill experiment-scientific thinking level 1;confirmatory experiment-scientific thinking level 2;exploratory experiment-scientific thinking level 3;research experiment-scientific thinking level 4.Two experiments of "observing the flow of cytoplasm under high power microscope" and "exploring the water absorption and loss of plant cells" were carried out in Putian No.9 middle school.Two parallel classes are selected,one of which is based on the above experimental content to analyze the scientific thinking level of students after completing the two experiments;the experimental class is based on the improvement and innovation of the above experimental content to improve the requirements of the experimental objectives on the scientific thinking level of students,and finally determines the experimental teaching content.The results show that biological experiment teaching can significantly promote the development of students' scientific thinking level.The analysis of students' pre-test and post test results shows that there are the following characteristics:(1)there are differences in the promotion effect of experimental teaching on the level of scientific thinking,the development of level 1 and level 2 is less,but the improvement of level 3 and level 4 is very obvious;(2)compared with the control class,the improvement of students' scientific thinking level in the experimental class(average score 67.14)is larger,and the two have significant differences There are significant differences.And from the student interviews after class,it is found that the subjective experience of the experimental class is significantly better than that of the control class,which shows that the improvement of the experiment can promote the students' scientific thinking more significantly.To sum up,this study constructed a scientific thinking level grading system and was recognized by the front-line middle school biology teachers.According to the corresponding relationship between the types of high school biology experiments and the level of scientific thinking,two experimental cases were designed and implemented,and the subjective evaluation of teachers and students and the objective evaluation of the test showed that the teaching effect was good.
