The training plan for master’s students is a guiding document for the training and management of master’s students in universities,and its scientific and reasonable degree will directly affect the quality of master’s training.With the vigorous development of my country’s higher education,more and more people choose higher education to study for a degree.The current quality of talent training for higher education has become the key to promoting the development of this discipline.At the same time,as the enrollment scale continues to expand,the demand for postgraduates majoring in higher education has not increased.The contradiction between the cultivation of postgraduates majoring in higher education and social needs has become increasingly prominent,making employment difficult.getting bigger.Therefore,with the increasingly diversified society’s demand for talents,a scientific and reasonable training plan has been formulated,which has important theoretical value and practical significance for the cultivation of high-level talents in my country’s higher education majors.Based on the employment perspective,the thesis takes the higher education major training program of H University as a research case,and takes the graduate students studying and employed in the higher education major of H University as the research object.From the training objectives,curriculum settings,training methods,effect evaluation and Start with five aspects of employment guidance,mainly text analysis,and systematic analysis combined with the results of interviews and questionnaire surveys.Through research,it is found that employment emphasizes the generation of practical knowledge,the improvement of practical ability,and the cultivation of talents that combine theory and practice.The "ideal" takes care of the "reality",and the current status of the implementation of the training program can be known through systematic analysis of the current status of the implementation of the training program.Talents trained in education majors still have a certain distance to meet the needs of society.There are problems such as the fuzzy employment orientation of training goals,the weak employment meaning of curriculum settings,the insignificant employment significance of training methods,and the alienation of employment orientation in effect evaluation.Through further research,it is found that there are three main factors that affect the employment training of master’s degree students in this major,which are the school level,the tutor level and the individual level.In view of the problems of the above training program,this research puts forward five optimization suggestions,specifically:(1)Hierarchically refine the training goals of postgraduates majoring in higher education to meet the needs of the times;(2)Establish a broad foundation,flexible and complete The postgraduate course system of higher education majors,reform classroom teaching;(3)Establish a training method that integrates theory and practice,and strengthen the construction of tutors;(4)Build a complete talent training evaluation system to highlight the employment orientation of effect evaluation;(5)Reasonably construct an employment service system and deepen employment guidance.
