| This thesis studies the re-employment situation in Beijing Xicheng district and 12 capital cities over the whole nation, especially focusing on the re-employment security system of our country. The main purpose of this thesis is to analyze the problems existing in the system and try to propose some measures to reinforce the entire system.The thinking process applied in the thesis is as follows: from the theoretical basis, to the practices, then to the investigation and analysis, and finally to the measures proposal.The thesis can be divided in to five parts. The first section talks about the definition of employment, unemployment, and re-employment. Meanwhile, it refers to some theoretical studies on re-employment, such as planned behavior theory, state orientation theory, attribution theory and employability theory. All those theories are from the individual perspective to figure out the personality favorable for re-employment. The second part focuses on the current situation of unemployment and re-employment. We also discuss the significance of re-employment for our nation's economic development. That's why this thesis is close to reality. In the third and fourth part, the thesis will introduce and analyze the investigation conducted by National Social and Scientific Fund Program inside and outside Beijing. The final part is concentrated on the suggestions made to our re-employment security system, including economic security system, individual security system, insurance and so on. |
