In recent years, the high prevalence of myopia has attracted wide attention in the academic circle in China, and the practice of the inclusion of binocular naked vision in the middle school entrance examination has attracted great attention from parents. How to avoid the group myopia risk of junior high school students,it is necessary to find the influencing factors of the visual health of junior high school students.Studies have found that physical activity and screen time are related to the visual acuities of adolescents.Reducing screen time and increasing physical activity can prevent myopia and the progression of myopia in adolescents. The purpose of this study is based on junior high school students' physical activity and screen time, visual level investigation, further understanding the relationship between them, exploring the influence factors of normal vision. Thus preventing the low level of physical activity, sitting for a long time, the screen time is too long or high myopia prevalence of the harm of teenagers in our country, promote the physical and mental health of teenagers.Research using the "Adolescent Physical Activity Questionnaire" "Screen Time Questionnaire" with collective survey of 1096 middle school students in Changsha City nine public schools, applying descriptive analysis, difference analysis, correlation analysis, and path analysis between variables on the recovered data, questing the junior middle school students physical activity and the relationship between screen time and visual level, mainly using statistical software SPSS26.0and AMO24.0,the results are as follows:1.52% of junior high school is located in Changsha, moderate physical activity level stage, low level of physical activity and high levels of physical activity a balanced proportion, and there are differences mainly among different genders and family locations.2.Junior High School Students average weekly sitting time is about5.82 h/d,generally greater than the international standard sitting time, and there are differences among different genders and grades.3.55.47% of junior high school students have too long screen time in Changsha, the average screen time each day is about 3.66 hours, and there are differences mainly among different genders.4.The rate of poor vision in junior high school students in Changsha accounted for 76.37%,among which the rate of severe poor vision was47.37%,and there were significant differences in different genders and family locations.5.Junior high school students showed levels of physical activity positively correlated with the vision, screen time and negatively correlated with the level of vision, screen time and physical activity levels negatively correlated presented.6.The physical activity level can positively predict the visual acuity level in junior high school students, the screen time of junior high school students plays a part of the mediating role in the influence of physical activity on the visual acuity level. Conclusion: 1.The overall level of physical activity of junior high school students in Changsha is moderately low,the daily sitting time is long, the screen time exceeds the standard rate, and the rate of poor eyesight is high.2.Demographic variables of junior high school physical activity, screen time and a certain level of visual impact.3.Physical activity and screen time of junior middle school students in Changsha are correlated with visual acuity, and so are physical activity and screen time.4.The physical activity level and screen time of junior high school students in Changsha city can predict the visual acuity level, and the screen time of junior high school students plays a part of the mediating role in the physical activity and visual acuity level.
