| Rural enterprises are the key to realize the development of China’s rural areas from agriculture to the integration of three industries,and also the pillar of rural economy.To revitalize the rural economy and realize the integrated development of rural industries,talents are the most important strategic resources,and innovation is the fundamental way out.However,the employees of rural enterprises are poorly educated,the enterprise management mode is backward,and the innovation drive is insufficient.In recent years a large number of migrant workers backflow area of origin,the return of human capital accumulated the rich work experience by doing,and has a broad field of vision,trained in a standardized management,for the development of rural enterprises brings new motivation and development opportunity,also has brought the rural enterprise production,operation and management challenges.At the same time,the key for rural enterprises to respond to the national policy of enterprise innovation and development is to enhance the ability of independent innovation.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to explore the impact of education and training of returned human capital on the innovation output performance of rural enterprises.Education and training of human capital in order to explore the reflow effects on rural enterprise innovation output performance,on the basis of related literature review,on the basis of the theory of human capital investment theory,enterprise culture,enterprise innovation theory,theory of staff training,the introduction of enterprise independent innovation ability as a intervening variable,enterprise innovation atmosphere as a moderator variable to construct model.Build the return of human capital and system of education and training evaluation index system and the innovation of rural enterprises,output performance indicators system,according to build the index system of the questionnaire design,fieldwork,331 rural enterprises,the collected survey data,the empirical analysis,the following conclusions: the return of human capital of education training to enhance rural enterprise independent innovation ability;Education and training of returned human capital can promote the improvement of innovation output performance of rural enterprises;Independent innovation ability has a mediating effect between education and training and innovation output performance;Teamwork positively moderates education and training and independent innovation ability;The degree of work autonomy negatively moderates the relationship between innovation capability and innovation output performance of rural enterprises.Based on the results of theoretical analysis and empirical test,this study puts forward the following policy suggestions for the education and training of returning human capital in rural enterprises: Strengthen the education and training concept of returning human capital;Strengthen the education and training of returning human capital;to improve the human capital education and training mechanism;Create an innovative atmosphere for rural enterprises. |
