The Practical Research On The Intervention Of Case Work In The Phenomenon Of "Cold Violence" In The Family

In recent years,domestic "cold violence" has gradually come into the public eye,which not only affects the normal life of the victims,but also leads to a variety of social problems.The family "cold violence" here refers to the family members who are hurt by non explicit acts of violence,such as sarcasm,or directly alienating from their families in the way of zero communication,refusing verbal communication,indifferent to family life,etc.With the frequent occurrence of such problems in contemporary society,people have to pay attention to them,and gradually realize that compared with the visible physical injuries such as kicking and punching,mental attack and abuse are more like an invisible killer lurking in every family system with conflicts and quarrels,and its harmfulness may not be highlighted in a short time,but in the long run,it will certainly be endangered to the stability and harmony of the whole family system.Based on the "family and happiness" anti domestic violence project carried out by B social work service center of Zhengzhou City,this study collected data of "cold violence" in 12 families.Through interview and observation,this paper analyzes the needs and causes of family "cold violence",and takes three types of family "cold violence"(husband and wife,parents and children,the old people)as examples,uses the theory and method of case work to understand their problems and individual needs,helps the case owners out of the "cold violence" dilemma,finds appropriate resources,and increases family resilience and returns to normal life.It is found that the intervention of case work in family "cold violence" is effective.The principle of confidentiality and individuation in the code of practice can help the case owner to restate the problem,face up to the problem and solve the problem,so that the case owner’s body and mind can return to normal,and the family system can return to balance.In the theoretical application,with the help of "people in the situation" and other related concepts to analyze the problems,all kinds of family "cold violence" problems are treated as the problems of the whole family system,rather than the problems of the perpetrators and the victims.In terms of processing methods,we should deal with the problems in stages,with different tasks in each stage.Step by step,we should constantly tap the "resilience" of the family system,so that we can effectively solve similar problems in the future.Through the above methods,the three types of family "cold violence" introduced in this paper have been basically eliminated,and the family system has recovered the benign communication and interaction.In each case,the individual needs of the client,such as correcting learning habits and maintaining health,are all satisfied..
