A Practical Study On Group Work Intervention To Improve The Resilience Of Adolescent In Troubled Families

With the rapid of society and the iterative change of social environment,the problem of vulnerable groups has been widely concerned.Due to household economy,major diseases,disabilities,sudden natural and man-made disasters,abnormal family structure and other factors,many families fall into multiple difficulties of survival and development.Teenagers living in these difficult families are affected to varying degrees physically and mentally,and even have other deviant behaviors,with low self-efficacy and insufficient support from families,schools and society.Generally speaking,their resilience is at a low level,and the development of social work provides a new choice for the cultivation and consolidation of resilience.The research on resilience has changed from "problematic individuals" in the traditional sense to "individuals full of advantages" in modern social research.Social work,with its professional advantages,can provide new possibilities for the cultivation and promotion of resilience of adolescents from disadvantaged families.By means of questionnaire survey,field observation and non-structured interview,this study tries to analyze the self-advantage of resilience and social support system of adolescents in difficult families,and to carry out professional service to adolescents in X communities in Changsha by the method of group work intervention.In the activities,the workers use the techniques of encouragement and support,clarification,silence,authorization,neutrality and the end of the catalytic group to promote the development,maturity and end of the group.They promote the happiness,sense of purpose and sense of belonging of adolescents in difficult families from the aspects of self-awareness,discovery of advantages,emotional control,teamwork,communication and enhancing sense of belonging.After the event,invite the team to fill out the satisfaction feedback and suggestion form to evaluate the effectiveness.At the end of the group,it is fully explained that group work is an important method to improve the level of resilience of young people in difficult families.In the future practice,we should fully integrate the professional advantages of social work and intervene comprehensively.Build home-school-community-society all-in-one service model,establish a local protection model.
