As market competition intensifies and social economy develops,effective leadership becomes an important factor for enterprises to improve their performance and competitiveness.Study of leadership style have been the focus of organizational behavior,and the abusive supervision as a kind of negative style of leadership,is refers to the employees perceived from leaders continued performance of verbal and nonverbal hostility or violations,but does not include the infringement of the body.Appeared in the process of enterprise management,abusive supervision is of very high frequency,to the enterprise performance,employee's psychological and behavior produce negative influence,such as the lower employee job satisfaction and job burnout,even through the spillover effect will bring negative emotions back home domain can cause work-family conflict.At present,the study on abusive supervision in China is relatively late,but it develops rapidly.On abusive supervision research mainly concentrated in foreign countries,domestic related research is less,the abusive supervision and the relationship between work-family conflict research at present does not see more,only a small number of papers studied the relationship between the two.There are few studies on the relationship between resilience,abusive supervision and work-family conflict.Therefore,abusive supervision as independent variables,this paper studies its influence on work-family conflict,and further discusses the resilience's adjustment,at the same time,to a certain extent,enrich the theory of this aspect.In this paper,the author firstly reviewed the literature on the relationship between abusive supervision,resilience and work-family conflict domestic and abroad rearch,and put forward the hypothesis research in this paper to construct the research model.Through empirical data analysis.the mechanism of abusive supervision and employee's work-family conflict is tested.To examine the mechanism of adjustment of resilience in abusive supervision and employee work-family conflict;Inspection relevant statistical variable control of the abusive supervision mechanism,through the literature research and data analysis,put forward some insult abuse by management and work-family conflict affect the countermeasures and suggestions.The mature scale in terms of research,first through the small sample data analysis,examined and relevance,reliability and validity of again through the investigation and analysis of large sample,the jiangsu,zhejiang,shandong,anhui,liaoning and other places of employees,we obtained 300 valid samples,analysis data use SPSS20.0 and AMO7.0,analyzes the effective sample data,the data is the descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis between variables,establish a cause-and-effect relationship between structural equation of variable and the correlation analysis,through literature analysis,questionnaire investigation and empirical analysis to draw the conclusion:(1)the abusive supervision for staff's work-family conflict has a significant positive correlation,and abusive supervision based on time of work-family conflict,based on the pressure of work family conflict and work family conflict based on behavior have significant positive correlation.(2)resilience plays a negative regulatory role in the relationship between abusive supervision and work-family conflict.And resilience negatively regulate abusive supervision and based on time,based on pressure,based on behavior of work-family conflict,the stronger the employees' resilience is insulting abusive supervision on work-family conflict and it was influenced by the three dimensions ofwork-family conflict.The innovation in this paper is:(1)the domestic research results about abusive supervisionis not rich,the research of this paper is based on Chinese characteristics under the cultural background of the current situation of the management of abusive supervision,enrich the cross-cultural research of abusive supervision.(2)in this paper,for the first time will go to study the resilience employees as regulating variable on abusive supervision,work-family conflict between the impact of further analyses the abusive supervision,resilience,the relationship between work-family conflict,make up the vacancy of this aspect.(3)in this paper,through research the mechanism of action of abusive supervision and work-family conflict,can be leaders how to reduce the abusive supervision and employee's work-family conflict to provide certain reference basis,can also according to different resilience employees provide psychological guidance.
