Relocation for poverty alleviation is an important systematic project of targeted poverty alleviation,It is a poverty alleviation method implemented by the Party Central Committee to win the battle against poverty,It is an important way and effective means to fundamentally solve the poverty alleviation of the masses in poverty-stricken areas,An important starting point for building a well-off society.Our country’s "13th Five-Year Plan" relocation for poverty alleviation and relocation has achieved remarkable results,with the full completion of the "relocation" work,"stable stability and ability to get rich" have become the focus of follow-up work.After the relocation,because of the changes in the original lifestyle and interpersonal relationship,it brings the integration problems of life and psychological aspects to the relocated people,as one of the main groups of relocated people,especially relocated children at school age,the isolation from the original life network and the emergence of new living environment and groups lead to difficulties in the adaptation and integration of relocated children in the new community.Promoting community integration for children relocated from poverty alleviation is not only related to the healthy physical and mental growth of relocated children,but also to the harmony and happiness of relocated families,and to whether the relocated people can adapt to the environment of the resettlement site,achieve sustainable development and reach the goal of truly escaping from poverty.Based on the internship in the relocation of poverty alleviation and relocation communities in Guizhou Province,this paper takes the relocated children as the research object.Through questionnaire surveys,interviews and other methods,the four dimensions of learning status,peer relationship,parent-child relationship,and community identification Analyze the status of integration,understand the integration problems and needs of the relocated children in the S community,design service plans for their existing problems and needs,use social support theory and empowerment theory as theoretical guidance,and use the method of combining group work and community work,Carry out integration growth group activities,community academic counseling and community parent-child activities,and evaluate the effectiveness of services.The study found that through the intervention of social work practice,the interpersonal communication skills of relocated children have been improved,helped them establish a peer support system,strengthened parent-child emotional interaction,and at the same time improved the relocated children’s sense of belonging and participation in the community.Finally,the author summarized and reflected on the research,and made the following suggestions based on the perspective of social work:give full play to the power of social organizations,social workers and volunteers,encourage parents to create a warm environment for relocated children,and social workers should focus on improving their own Comprehensive ability.At the same time,we must mobilize more community elements to establish an interactive relationship with children,integrate the three methods of social work,help relocate children to integrate into the community,and promote their physical and mental health.
