Research On The Cultivation Of Chinese College Students' Leadership In The New Era

The research on college students' leadership began in 1970 s,especially in America.Contemporary college students are builders and successors of the motherland,and new people of the times who are responsible for national rejuvenation.Cultivating college students' leadership is an adaptation to the trend of talent training under the background of globalization,a timely need for realizing China's educational modernization in the new era,a forward-looking development for the training of future leaders and reliable builders and successors in China,and a powerful act for realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and laying a foundation for talents for the development of the world and all mankind.Although the research on college students' leadership started late in China,it is not difficult to find its hidden traces by reviewing the practice of cultivating college students' leadership since the founding of New China.The practice of college students' leadership in China has gone through the stages from tortuous development to recovery and then to reform and development,scientific development and innovative development.By combing and summarizing the practice process,it is found that it presents distinct characteristics from strangeness to normality,from import to root,from picture to reality.At the same time,After careful analysis and reflection,the cultivation of college students' leadership in China pays attention to the weakening of local theory by western discourse,attaches importance to cultivating a few people who ignore the majority,pursues perfection of form and neglects the truth of content.This paper analyzes the system,goal,content and form of cultivating college students' leadership in China,the United States and Britain through comparative research,aiming at clarifying the importance of cultivating college students' leadership,clarifying the development orientation of cultivating college students' leadership in China and highlighting the mission of the times of cultivating college students' leadership in China.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.On the one hand,the cultivation of college students' leadership is facing the opportunity of the times,on the other hand,it is also facing realistic challenges.The cultivation of college students' leadership should meet the new era bravely,meet new ideas and connect new journeys.Based on the questionnaire survey of five universities in three provinces and cities,it provides an empirical basis for us to face realistic challenges in the cultivation of college students' leadership in the new era.The main manifestations are misunderstanding and orientation deviation in the cultivation of college students' leadership,incomplete content system,weak teachers,disjointed knowledge and practice,and insufficient personal influence of college students.According to the review and summary of historical practice,the comparative analysis between China and foreign countries and the data analysis of questionnaire survey,the basic ways to cultivate college students' leadership in the new era should start from the following points: first,we should closely follow the Chinese context to enhance the characteristics of the times,strengthen ideological guidance to ensure the correct direction,strengthen theoretical guidance to ensure the scientific content,ensure the effective results based on the needs of practice,and carry forward fine traditions to ensure the correct road;Secondly,it is necessary to seek the "truth" of scientific theory,the "goodness" of utility value and the "beauty" of educating people in the field of ideological and political education;Finally,we should use the practice methods of personality accomplishment,responsibility consciousness,professional accomplishment and interpersonal communication to promote the landing of college students' leadership.
