Research On The Symbiotic Development Of "Enterprise,Community And Family" Sports In Yanshan Iron And Steel

During the period of building "healthy China" and "sports power",enterprise sports,community sports and family sports all play an important role in the development of sports in China.The three types of sports of "enterprise,society and family" in a certain region are closely related in resource space and personnel.If the three kinds of sports share resources,work together for common governance and symbiotic development,it is of great significance to maximize the benefits of sports management in the region,help improve the soft power of enterprises,strengthen the construction of community spiritual civilization and promote family health and harmony.This study takes the symbiotic development among enterprise sports of Yanshan iron and steel company,community sports of Yanshan iron and Steel Community and family sports of Yanshan iron and steel workers and residents as the research object.Firstly,by designing the research questionnaire including the symbiotic unit,symbiotic interface and symbiotic environment of "enterprise,society and home" of Yanshan iron and steel,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the symbiotic development status of "enterprise,society and home" of Yanshan iron and steel;Secondly,by taking the total amount of funds invested in Yanshan iron and Steel’s "enterprise,society and family" sports in recent5 years as the main qualitative parameter to calculate the symbiosis degree and symbiosis relationship,the symbiosis model of Yanshan iron and Steel’s "enterprise,society and family" sports is determined;Finally,according to the empirical analysis,it is found that there are problems in the symbiotic development of "enterprise,society and family" sports in Yanshan iron and steel,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the problems.This study can provide some reference for the symbiotic development of "enterprise,society and family" sports of Yanshan iron and steel and similar enterprises and communities.Research conclusions:(1)under the mode of "enterprise production life complex",the symbiotic unit of "enterprise,society and home" sports has the characteristics of personnel homogeneity and correlation,and the symbiotic interface has the characteristics of energy transmission and sustainable evolution.The symbiotic environment includes four aspects: political environment,economic environment,cultural environment and sports health environment."Enterprise,society and family" sports meet the sufficient and necessary conditions for symbiosis,and have the functions of material exchange,information exchange and value transmission.(2)Yanshan iron and Steel’s "enterprise,society and family" sports are in a symbiosis(hereinafter referred to as "Yanshan iron and Steel Sports symbiosis"),and the three symbiotic units generate new energy through financial support,venue and facility support,system support and sports atmosphere construction,with the functions of "enhancing physique,improving health" and "enhancing team cohesion" "Promoting interpersonal relationship and harmonious parent-child relationship" and other values.Employees and residents have high value recognition of the "Yanshan iron and Steel Sports symbiosis",and recognize the role of three types of sports in promoting positive symbiosis.(3)"Yanshan iron and Steel Sports symbiosis" The symbiotic interface has the characteristics of multiple cross and coordination of organizations,good and continuous improvement of site facilities and resource base,promotion and sharing of information exchange and scientific and technological exchange.(4)the construction of sports power and healthy China,economic benefit support of Yanshan iron and steel enterprise,good enterprise and community sports cultural atmosphere and national fitness are "enterprise,society and family" The symbiotic development of three types of sports has created a good external environment.(5)the symbiotic model of "Yanshan iron and Steel Sports symbiosis" is an asymmetric reciprocal symbiotic behavior model and a continuous symbiotic organization model,and the whole symbiotic system has not yet reached the ideal symbiotic stage.(6)it affects the "enterprise,society and family" of Yanshan iron and steel The main factors for the symbiotic development of three types of sports include: the symbiotic unit has problems such as strong command of enterprise sports activities,lack of management experience,limited management level of community sports managers and low attention of family sports members to sports;the symbiotic interface has problems such as imperfect institutional setting,insufficient resource sharing and scientific and technological information exchange,inadequate symbiotic development services and sports activities There are some problems in the symbiotic environment,such as imperfect policies and systems,inadequate financial support,differences in cultural environment identity,insufficient border with the sports health environment outside the system and so on.In view of the problems existing in the symbiotic development of "enterprise,society and family" sports of Yanshan iron and steel,the following countermeasures are put forward:(1)enterprises give full play to their resource advantages,communities give full play to their connecting functions,and families give full play to their flexible and independent advantages to improve the contribution rate of symbiotic units.(2)Optimize the symbiotic interface by establishing an efficient symbiotic management coordination organization,building a resource,technology and information sharing platform,and carrying out rich sports activities.(3)create a positive symbiotic environment by strengthening the policy regulation of administrative departments,increasing economic support,creating a characteristic cultural environment,and further expanding co governance and sharing,so as to promote the "Yanshan iron and Steel Sports symbiosis" To a more ideal symbiotic model.
