With the rapid development of economic,more and morepeople get involved in tourism,also they have more special need to tourism.Sports tourism is attracting a lot of people as a special travelling waycombining sports and travel. Standing In the point of view of the sports travelagency,this thesis firstly analysis the relevant theory of sports tourism;Including the concept,category and function of sports tourism. Secondly,discuss the sports travel agency, introduce its concept, function anddevelopment status,Thirdly do the analysis on sports tourism products,discussing its characteristics and role in the sports tourism market. At lastcombining the tourism marketing theory and author’s working experience,dothe research on the marketing theory for sports tourism products. Combingrelevant marketing theory,according to the facts of local sports tourismmarket,dividing four target market for local sports tourism agency.,putforward different marketing theory in the ways of product,price,channel andpromotion. Hopefully this paper can help the local sports travel agency inmarketing strategy,and guiding the other sports travel agency to betterdevelopment,attracting more Chinese peole to join the sports tourism,speeding up the development sports tourism in China.
