Talent resources have always been an important guarantee for economic,upgrades and development,especially in recent years.Credit System Xi emphasized at many conferences that talent resources are the first recourse,and we should pay close attention to the Party's management of talents,giving full play to talents' entrepreneurial and in innovative ability.It can be said that national competition and regional development competition are essentially the competition of talent.It is of much importance and necessity for the governments at all levels to pay close attention to talent resources.How to stimulating talents' innovative vitality has become one of the research copies through the country.Establishing a reasonable and scientific evaluation criteria of talents is the foundation.Based on the actual situation of Changxing County,the implementation of practical talent accumulation credit system rural policy in enterprises is studied and analyzed by means of questionnaire interviews and seminars.This paper deeply analyses the problems in the implementation process,including the practical talent accumulation credit system,supporting talents policy and system work flow,gives advice and suggestions for the management of the practical talent accumulation credit system.According to research findings,there are still some problems in the reward policy of Changxing County's practical talent points system,such as incomplete index range,unscientific content setting,inaccurate appraisal of work experience,difficulty in distinguishing different levels of personal honor,unreasonable setting of index points,unreasonable adjustment of personal honor points,unrealistic setting of total points,low standard of work allowance allowance,etc.According to the question,Suggestions for improvement and optimization are put forward,mainly including expanding the content of evaluation index,optimizing the setting of evaluation index score,expanding the scope of application of integral evaluation results,simplifying and optimizing work flow.
