With intensifying market competition and the science and technology rapidly progressing, people become the key factor for enterprise’s survival and development. Recruitment is the only way to get talented people. The perfect recruitment evaluation system becomes more and more important when selecting the most suitable personnel. Talents assessment as one of specialized technology of the enterprise recruitment is more and more meaningful..Talent assessment which based on Education,Psychology,Management,Behavioral Science and Computer technology is a comprehensive selecting talent method system. Talent assessment which uses scientific methods and advanced technology to make scientific evaluation for the tested aims to improve the efficiency and the quality of human resources management and achieve the optimal configuration of men and things. Talent assessment provides scientific guarantee for enterprise,human resources supervisor work such as recruitment,selection,etc.Now,the stress of enterprise talent assessment has become from meeting the need of vacancies to selecting the high-quality people which can help the enterprises to achieve their strategies objectives. There will be a challenge for the methods and tools used in recruitment. Known from A company recruitment situation, we could find that talent assessment is in single and some evaluation system used the simple linear weighting methods. Therefore, based on personnel evaluation theory, design and empirical analyze the evaluation system for recruitment of A company with many methods, such as the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, AHP, SPSS statistical methods and expert advice and so on..Firstly, this paper describes the research background and significance, etc. of the topic and research the existing domestic and foreign personnel evaluation theory to tease out ideas and research framework. Secondly, this thesis describes an overview of the relevant personnel evaluation theory and recruitment evaluation methods, analyzes the existing problems in the recruitment of A company, which prepares for the subsequent recruitment evaluation design; then, improving recruitment plan and dividing all jobs in a reasonable way in order to determine evaluation indicators. Analyzing the evaluation criteria, the index weight and the treatment methods of evaluation results which prepares for empirical analysis; Finally, putting the design of the evaluation system to use in the selection of A company’s post provide some help for application practice of A company.
