Higher education is the professional education conducted by Chinese citizens on the basis of completing secondary education,and it is the main social activity to train senior talents and professional personnel.Domestic higher education is divided into public education and private education,and private higher education has become an inseparable part of China's higher education,is an important growth point in the development of China's higher education.In the process of the vigorous development of private higher education,China's private colleges and universities are springing up everywhere in general,XiJing college is one of them of colleges and universities.As a highly representative university among private universities,XiJing College has improved significantly in terms of development scale,faculty,research,teaching and research,and school level in recent years,and many problems have been exposed in the process of rapid development.The internal governance structure is chaotic,the asset and financial management system is not perfect,there is no clear risk prevention mechanism,and the lack of necessary incentive mechanisms,which leads to problems such as poor work enthusiasm and low efficiency of school administrators,which in turn affects the sustainable development of school management The root cause of these problems lies in insufficient administrative management.Administrative management is the basis for the private colleges to carry out all kinds of work.It is an important guarantee for the normal progress of teaching,scientific research and service.It will directly affect the overall quality of the school and the level of education.This thesis selected private colleges XiJing college as a case of deep case analysis,through the investigation and analysis of XiJing college administrative personnel,using literature research,case analysis,mathematical statistics methods such as the status quote of XiJing college administrative staff incentive mechanism in investigation and study,combined with the related incentive me incentive mechanism in the process of implementation of security measures.Through the research of this thesis,we have a systematic and comprehensive understanding of the incentive mechanism of the administrative staff of XiJing college,and we can better perform our own duties,laying a solid theoretical foundation for the establishment of an excellent administrative team of XiJing college,and also providing a strong guarantee for the development of private higher education.
