As the highest level of higher education,doctoral education is a key link and bridge that closely links talent cultivation,scientific research,social services and cultural heritage into an organic whole.It is an important support for a country's comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness.The cultivation of doctoral students is integrated with knowledge production and scientific and technological development.In recent years,the background of the transformation of knowledge production mode and the breakthrough of the scientific and technological revolution have challenged the doctoral education.The innovative doctoral training model has become an international common trend.Due to the country's strong demand for innovative talent.On the one hand,with the rapid growth of the number of doctoral students in China,the requirements for the knowledge and ability of doctoral students are more diverse,and the reform and exploration of doctoral students is urgently needed.On the other hand,in the 21 st century,the British government has begun to pay more and more attention to doctoral students.The cost of education and its potential to contribute to economic growth and competitiveness in the global market,the bottleneck of doctoral training is gradually broken,Multi-agent,multi-domain,multi-objective collaborative mode has become the reform direction for improving the quality of doctoral education.Therefore,the research on the reform of doctoral students in the UK has certain enlightening significance for the development of doctoral education in China.This article takes the British doctoral training center as an example to explore the reform trend of doctoral students in the UK,selects specific cases as the analysis object,and summarizes the composition and characteristics of the doctoral co-cultivation mechanism in the UK through comparative analysis.In order to provide some reference and thinking for the reform of doctoral education in China.According to this research idea,the writing of the thesis is mainly divided into the following four parts: The first part(Chapters 1 to 2)first introduces the origin and significance of the research,defines the related concepts,summarizes the relevant research results at home and abroad,and elaborates the research content and methods,laying the foundation for the following research;Secondly,it discusses the theoretical basis adopted in this paper,expounds the theory of synergy and the theory of resource dependence,and combines it with the mechanism of co-cultivation of doctoral students to provide theoretical support for the whole research content.The second part(Chapter 3)analyzes the development history and overall situation of the British Doctoral Training Center and its related UK government educational institutions through analysis and research,and introduces its development strategy and organizational composition;The third part(Chapter 4 to Chapter 5)combines case studies to deeply study the “what” and “how” issues of the collaborative training mechanism of the UK doctoral training center,and summarizes the characteristics of the training mechanism;The fourth part(Chapter 6),in the context of the current development of doctoral education in China,through the case study of the British doctoral training center,proposes the reference significance of the British doctoral student collaborative training mechanism for the reform of doctoral students in China.
