Educational practice is an important link in the training of pre-service teachers' teaching practice ability.According to the survey of teacher interns in some local colleges and universities who participated in Jiangxi Province's centralized designated education internship in 2019,it is found that the knowledge of integrated technology(TPACK)of the teacher interns is relatively weak.This research attempts to effectively integrate the concept of lesson study with the educational practice links,using lesson study as the carrier,and using specific lesson study operational procedures to guide normal students to carry out orderly educational practice activities,exploring the construction of a suitable for mixed formation The educational practice model aims to provide new ideas for teaching practice to effectively improve the teaching practice ability of normal students with TPACK ability as the core.As a whole,this research is a mixed research with the core research question of "whether the study of class examples can effectively improve the TPACK ability of normal students".First,determine the research content by writing the background of the research topic and putting forward the research questions;secondly,drawing on the existing models at home and abroad,constructing a lesson research and practice model led by the profession + internship peer cooperation;thirdly,before the experiment is carried out Improved a scale suitable for measuring the TPACK level of normal students,and distributed the same questionnaire to the research subjects(66 interns in the experimental group and 58 interns in the control group)before and after the internship,and obtained four groups of pre-and post-test data.SPSS20.0analyzes to confirm that the practice mode of lesson research is more effective to improve the level of TPACK;in addition,the content of teaching design schemes,teaching reflections,and teaching videos of some experimental group interns are analyzed;finally,research conclusions are formed.The study found that:(1)After nearly four months of educational internship,although the TPACK levels of the two groups of normal trainees have improved,the overall average TPACK of the experimental group after the internship is higher than that of the control group,and the overall TPACK of the two groups The level has changed from no difference before practice to a significant difference,which shows that the educational practice model based on the case study is more helpful to improve the TPACK ability of the normal interns;(2)During the course study,all the experimental groups The TPACK level of the interns increased in a balanced manner;after a comparative analysis of the scores of the two sets of teaching plans,it was still found that the design level of the teaching plans of each subject in the experimental group was balanced and the overall level was higher than the control group.This proves that through classroom observations,dialogues and discussions with peers in the teaching and research team,professional guidance from experts in the classroom,and case studies that speak with facts and data,all interns who participated in the class have the same benefits.This benefit is equivalent to whether they are coaches.It is still irrelevant to the identity of the observer;Based on this,several suggestions for cultivating the TPACK ability of normal students are put forward:(1)Enhance the awareness of normal students to integrate technology for subject teaching;(2)Strengthen the classroom teaching practice of normal students with TPACK as the core;(3)Strengthen university teachers and middle schools Instruct teachers' TPACK ability;(4)Strengthen the construction of a diversified TPACK ability evaluation system.
