Research On The Construction Of Harmonious Neighbor Relationship In Floating Population Communities

As a vast country with a huge population,China has entered an era of great mobility with the continuous development of its economy and society.As the basic space of residents' life,community has gradually developed into a community of floating population of a certain scale.However,the increasing heterogeneity of population structure has further highlighted such problems as the weakening of human feelings,neighborhood indifference and conflicts,and the position of neighborhood relationship in the traditional social support network has begun to be shaken.As one of the important forces of social governance at the grassroots level,Social work pays attention to the interaction between individuals and groups in the community,and emphasizes the importance of neighborhood relations and the establishment of a harmonious community.Therefore,building a harmonious neighborhood relationship atmosphere through community work methods and professional skills will help promote the unity and cooperation of residents in the floating population community,enhance the neighborhood feelings,and enhance the sense of belonging and identity of the floating population.Through the method of questionnaire survey,interview and observation,this study collected and analyzed the information of the neighborhood relations in the floating population settlement community N,and found that there were problems such as the lack of depth of neighborhood communication,less interaction and mutual assistance,low sense of identity and frequent conflicts and disputes.In order to solve the existing problems,the author based on theory of Social support theory and Community building,in the Regional development model under the guidance of a series of good-neighborly and friendly community activities,for the settlement of the floating population community residents to provide the opportunity to interact frequently,break the neighborhood's indifference and strangeness,close neighbor distance,and fun game to promote solidarity and friendship among residents in the interaction,to warm up the neighborhood feelings,enhance the sense of happiness and belonging of community residents,improve residents' sense of responsibility to maintain the harmony of the neighborhood,and create a warm and harmonious home atmosphere in the floating population community.Finally,it is concluded that diverse forms of community activities are beneficial to the interaction between old and new residents,weaken the community heterogeneity,and make the neighborhood feeling from nothing to nothing,from shallow to deep,which is an effective strategy to build a harmonious neighborhood relationship.And,the cooperative participation and complementary advantages of multiple subjects in the community can stimulate the vitality of the community and the enthusiasm of residents to participate.However,the coverage of activities to build harmonious neighborhood relations is limited,and the service is not fully integrated with community resources,which affects the service effect to a certain extent.I hope these experiences can provide reference for the future research and service of social work involved in neighborhood relations.
