Research On The Business Mode Of Henan Ski Base

With the prevalence of the sports tourism industry,the contribution of ice and snow sports has become more prominent.According to incomplete statistics,from2017 to 2018,the number of ice and snow tourists in my country reached 197 million,becoming an important starting point for local economic transformation and upgrading and rural revitalization,especially under the support of the national ice and snow industry policy,plus Beijing's winter in 2022.The holding of the Olympic Games is bound to bring huge opportunities to the development of my country's ice and snow industry at this stage.In the context of “300 million people on ice and snow”,for Henan Province,the ice and snow industry also makes a huge contribution to the total regional economy of Henan Province every year,continuously driving the development of related service industries.However,with the rapid development of the ice and snow industry,negative effects such as chaos and unhealthy competition have gradually increased.It is particularly important to rationalize and construct the business model of the ice and snow industry to promote the sustainable operation of the industry.This study used the literature data method,field survey method,comparative analysis method,questionnaire survey method and data statistics method to carry out the research of Henan Province ski base business model.Based on the analysis of concept definition and domestic and foreign literature review,the analysis of Henan Province skiing The historical background and value of the base business formation,the overall overview of the growth of the ski base business in Henan Province,and the business resources of the ski base in Henan Province.Finally,the five major ski bases including Funiu Mountain are used as the case.The innovative perspective of the business model expands the specific analysis of the business model of Henan ski bases,and then based on the specific content of the research,the SWOT combination analysis of the development of the ski bases in Henan Province is carried out,thereby constructing the overall business model framework of the ski bases in Henan Province.At the same time,corresponding optimization strategies are proposed for the existing business model.Through the analysis,it can be known that the business model of the ski base in Henan Province is composed of the operation and sales of the ski base,the business combination of the ski base,and the consumers of the ski base.This business model is affected by the rapid development of the ice and snow industry in the new era and the Beijing Winter Olympics With the impact of the optimization and upgrading of Henan's industrial structure,it has economic,industrial,cultural,and ecological and environmental values,and the development of the business has experienced“exploration of the base business”,“improvement of the business form”and“accelerated development of the business” since 2003.Three stages,and has its own unique growth characteristics;in the analysis of specific business formats,from the four aspects of site selection,scale,products,and operation,it is concluded that the types of ski bases in Henan Province are complete but the reasonable value of the business combination is low.The locations are all close to towns but there are few direct and adjacent roads to the base.The available space for the business is large but the space utilization rate is low.The construction time is late.The hardware equipment is new but the coaches in the "software" service have low entry barriers and more part-time jobs.The classification is relatively clear with sales,but the consumer's sense of service experience is still poor.Therefore,Henan Province needs to combine the market orientation to optimize the multi-business ski base model;use technological assistance to inject the vitality of the ski base business chain;attach importance to private non-enterprise institutions and build a base business service platform;establish a complete business evaluation based on ecological and cultural protection System to further optimize the business model of ski bases in the province.
