As software radio and aerospace communication technology advances,wireless measurement and control systems play a more critical role in aerospace.The traditional missile-borne wireless measurement and control system has many discrete devices,large volumes and poor compatibility,which are not suitable for different communication standards.With more and more functions on the missile,electronic equipment has also increased,resulting in the measurement and control system equipment space is more limited,so the miniaturization of the system is still worth studying the key direction.In order to better meet the needs of modern aerospace technology,the hardware platform of wireless measurement and control system with miniaturization,programmable and good versatility has certain reference significance for the development of aerospace measurement and control technology in China.Given the above situation,this paper developed a miniaturized missile-borne wireless measurement and control system hardware platform with Soc baseband chip and AD9361 RF chip as the core,which realizes the data transceiver communication of two links of telemetry and remote control.The use of highly integrated,modular and miniaturized chips can minimize the use of additional devices,fully and reasonably use the space between boards,and reduce the size and weight of the equipment.The main research contents of this paper include the following three aspects.Firstly,using Soc+AD9361 architecture to complete wireless measurement and control data communication,as the basis of system miniaturization.Compared with the existing digital modulation technology and combined with the system application background,GMSK modulation and demodulation technology is selected;Secondly,the hardware circuit design of the whole system is designed and realized,including ZYNQ digital baseband circuit design,AD9361 RF circuit design,AD7298 data acquisition circuit design,power supply circuit design and RF front-end circuit design.Thirdly,the system software design and simulation are completed.The digital baseband module mainly completes the simulation implementation of GMSK modulation and demodulation,RS422 serial port communication transmission,UDP protocol data transmission,ADC acquisition program and data frame and frame decoding.The RF module mainly completes the AD9361 register configuration driver,SPI interface logic program and digital interface program.Finally,the system function indexes are tested and analyzed under laboratory conditions,and the data acquisition,framing and GMSK modulation transmission at the transmitting end of telemetry link are realized.The function of receiving data,GMSK demodulation and frame decoding are realized.The test results show that the miniaturized missile-borne wireless measurement and control system designed in this paper has the characteristics of miniaturization,good versatility,strong programmability and so on.The frame format and modulation and demodulation method can be selected according to the actual application requirements.It is suitable for P,L,S,C and other frequency bands,and has certain engineering application value.
