Along with the development and progress of the era of Industry 4.0,the automatic design and transformation of the control and monitoring system of the power generation system of the hydropower station is in line with the necessity of the times.This subject combines modern control theory with PLC control technology.On the basis of building the nonlinear model of the hydraulic turbine speed control system,the PID parameter optimization experiment of the nonlinear model of the hydraulic turbine speed control system based on the improved bat algorithm is carried out.The automatic control program of the turbine was written;at the same time,the data acquisition and monitoring system with touch screen and mobile terminal APP was established.According to the analysis of the working characteristics of the hydraulic turbine speed control system,this paper conducts research on the basis of the dynamic characteristics,and uses the bat algorithm to optimize the three control parameters of the PID controller of the nonlinear model of the hydraulic turbine speed control system.At the same time,in order to improve the convergence performance,this paper improves the bat algorithm,so that the convergence speed of the algorithm changes with the optimization process,and the optimization frequency is dynamically assigned.The ITAE index is introduced as the objective function to evaluate the optimization results.And compared with the optimization results of genetic algorithm and bat algorithm.By comparing the parameter optimization experiments of the simulated hydraulic turbine nonlinear model under noload and load conditions,the improved bat algorithm has better optimization effect than the two,and the optimization time is also significantly shortened,which can be used for PID in the automatic control system of the hydraulic turbine.parameter setting.After being familiar with the working principle of the hydraulic turbine system,this paper makes an overall plan for the design of the control system,and designs the power supply circuit,PLC pin wiring,and motor control circuit of the system,and then performs the necessary hardware equipment.selection.Next,this paper selects Siemens S7-1200 PLC as the control core,and designs the PLC control program of the hydro-generator set in TIA PROTAL V16 software,which mainly realizes startup,shutdown,excitation,grid connection,energy storage,and data reception.With functions such as transmission,it can realize automatic control.The improved bat algorithm is used to tune the PID parameters in Simulink,and the obtained parameters are input into the PLC program.At the same time,the DMC prediction algorithm is used to realize the real-time dynamic optimization of the PID parameters when the system is disturbed.The Weiluntong touch screen is selected as the on-site operation interface,the interface is designed in Easy Builder Pro software,and the data is exchanged with PLC variables.On the EMCP Io T cloud platform,the user's mobile phone APP "Cloud Connected Io T" interface is drawn,and the communication transmission between the APP and the touch screen data is realized.It can monitor real-time parameters such as guide vane opening,unit frequency,voltage and current,operating mode,and motor temperature of the hydrogenerator set during the operation of the equipment.Completed the design of SCADA system(data acquisition and monitoring system)of turbine speed control system.
