Since the 21st century,the development of microelectronics has been rapid,and field-effect transistors based on organic semiconductors have become a research hotspot.Compared with inorganic semiconductor transistors that have been industrialized,organic field effect transistors have many advantages such as low cost,solution processability,device flexibility,and large-area fabrication.At present,organic field effect transistors are widely used in electronic trademarks,radio frequency identification cards,biochemical sensors,etc.1.Our research group designed and synthesized a series of new p-type semiconductors:?-benzothiophene and?-benzothiophene substituted by triisopropylsilylacetylene(TIPS)in different quantities and positions,totally 6 molecules.The ultraviolet absorption spectrum test,electrochemical test,density functional theory calculation of these six materials were conducted to explore the influence of TIPS substituents and thiophene orientation on the electrochemical and optical properties of the materials.At the same time,we have grown micro-nano crystals of six materials by the solution method,and constructed organic single crystal field effect transistors by using the gold film method and conducted device performance tests to compare the electrical properties of the six materials.Among them,4TIPS-?PDT has the highest mobility of 0.51cm~2V-1s-1.2.Our research group designed and synthesized a series of large conjugated naphthalimide derivatives with a total of 4 molecules,all of which are layered receptor materials with a three-dimensional spatial structure.The four materials were introduced with electron-withdrawing groups Br atom and F atom,respectively.The ultraviolet absorption spectrum test,electrochemical characterization,density functional theory calculation of these four materials were conducted to discuss the electrochemical and optical properties of the four materials,and The single crystal structure of existing molecules was analyzed by XRD characterization and TEM characterization,and the charge transfer direction was analyzed.Using the four molecules as organic semiconductor layers,organic single crystal field effect transistors and organic thin film field effect transistor devices were constructed,and device performance tests and other characterizations were carried out.The electrical properties of the devices constructed by the four materials were compared.The mobility of two molecules with Br both reached the order of 10-3cm~2V-1s-1.
