Organic field-effect transistor(OFET)is considered as one of the key components of modern electronics.Compared with similar inorganic products, they have considerable diversity in molecular design, low cost, light weight, mechanical flexibility, low working voltage, easy low temperature and large-scale production through ink-jet printing and solution treatment, especially their good compatibility with large-area flexible substrate, which makes them have wide application opportunities in many crucial fields.(1)Articles have grown exponentially since 2000,so the necessary summary work in this area is valuable and meaningful, and it is hoped that a classified summary of the most important developments in this area will help not only the reader, but also help prevent the work of these workers from being overwhelmed by references. In this paper,I classify and analyze some mainstream p-type materials.I hope that the analysis of these pi-conjugated systems will help us to better understand the structural properties of these compounds,so as to design new materials and select appropriate processes, and finally achieve higher performance in devices and circuits.(2)The innovation of this chapter lies in the use of PMMA+Si O2organic and inorganic double dielectric layer and the manufacture of flexible organic semiconductor devices on flexible polyethylene terephthalate(PET)substrate, which have high flexibility, high switch ratio, low threshold voltage, mobility of 0.4×10-3cm~2/(V·s).(3)The innovative point of this chapter is to use flexible glass substrates to improve device performance and mobility to 0.6×10-3cm~2/(V·s)switches by one order of magnitude up to 1.1×10~4,make the device lighter, and apply it in gas sensor.
