Research On Rumor Propagation Model With Rumor Refutation Mechanism

With the continuous development of network media and communication technology,great changes have taken place in the mode and environment of information transmission.The development of these technologies has undoubtedly reduced the cost of information exchange and provided a fast and effective way for the dissemination and popularization of various news policies and scientific knowledge.However,the network environment with low threshold and high degree of freedom also enables false information to spread rapidly and cause a wide range of impact.If the rumor information can not be guided and controlled in time,it is easy to cause mass panic,affect public order and undermine social stability.Therefore,it has become a key research topic in the field of social science to establish a reasonable rumor propagation model and study the effective suppression strategies in the process of rumor propagation.Therefore,this paper fully considers the influence of the rumor refuter who spreads the truth in the process of rumor spread,quantifies it into the model,constructs several kinds of rumor spread models with rumor refutation mechanism,and makes dynamic analysis on the model to obtain the threshold conditions that can determine the trend of rumor spread,in order to provide guidance and Countermeasures for rumor control in public emergencies and reduce the negative impact of rumor.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Considering the influence of rumor refuter on rumor propagation in reality,a rumor propagation model with rumor refuting mechanism is established based on the classical SIR epidemic model,the role of rumor refuter is introduced,and the logistic demographic model is integrated.All equilibrium points and basic regeneration numbers of the model are obtained by using the differential dynamics method and the next generation matrix method.Based on the Lyapunov stability theory,the stability of each equilibrium point is discussed.Then,based on different threshold parameters,numerical simulation is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the theoretical results,and the comprehensive impact of the rumor refutation mechanism on rumor propagation is analyzed.(2)In order to fit the process of rumor propagation in reality,the role of lurk is further added on the basis of the rumor propagation model with rumor refutation mechanism,which represents the group that does not spread immediately after receiving the rumor or refutation information.The lurks are divided into those who believe in rumors and those who understand the truth,and then a rumor propagation model with latent state and rumor refutation mechanism is constructed.All equilibrium points and basic regeneration numbers of the model are calculated,and the stability of each equilibrium point is analyzed.After that,the validity of the theoretical results is verified by adjusting the system parameters.(3)Considering the influence of the public's judgment ability on rumors in reality,assuming that some unknowns can actively identify rumors and turn into rumor refuters,a rumor propagation model considering the public's judgment ability and rumor refutation mechanism is constructed.The asymptotic stability of the system's rumor free equilibrium point is proved by the combination of mathematical analysis and simulation verification.The propagation law of rumor is studied under the consideration of the public's judgment and rumor refutation mechanism.
