In today's new product development in information software,whether a software platform can be successfully developed depends not only on the development ability of the product team,but also on the correct development strategy adopted by the product team and the implementation effect of the selected development strategy.Therefore,the software R ? D product team needs to formulate effective new product development strategies to help the software development practice and finally realize the implementation of the software platform.Company H is a large multinational enterprise with nearly 200000 employees by 2020.Due to the huge size of the company,the business requirements such as information transmission and policy transmission must be realized with the help of IT products.However,due to the large number of organizational departments and complex needs of the company,the existing products outside the company can not meet the requirements of the company.At the same time,because the company has strict information security control,it is not allowed to transfer any internal information to the external network.This requires that the company must have an information dissemination tool that can meet the globalization and meet the company's information security requirements.The internal live broadcast product is an internal IT product used to meet this requirement.This thesis studies the development strategy of the new product innovation process of H company's internal live broadcasting platform.Firstly,this thesis summarizes the industry status and subject value significance of the live broadcasting platform,introduces the urgent need of H company to build an internal live broadcasting platform,as well as the theoretical and practical significance of developing and building an internal live broadcasting platform.After that,the main contents,methods and thinking framework of this thesis are described.Combined with the relevant theories of new product R ? D,such as product innovation theory,product innovation management,product life cycle,integrated product development,agile development and other methods,focusing on the product R ? D status and problems of the internal IT Department of H company,this thesis summarizes the problems existing in the product development process of the live broadcast platform of the internal IT R ? D Department of H company: the product positioning is not clear;Huge development cost;Low efficiency of innovation process.Then it puts forward the corresponding solutions from three aspects: the specific positioning of the live broadcast platform,the cost optimization strategy and the innovation process optimization strategy.Finally,the corresponding implementation guarantee measures are put forward,including demand analysis management guarantee measures,R ? D cost management guarantee measures and development mode guarantee measures to ensure the development effect and development efficiency of the internal live broadcasting platform.Through formulating effective R ? D strategies,the product team of H company's internal live broadcasting platform finally implemented the online live broadcasting platform,served the internal employees of the company,solved the communication problems of H company,and made the company's information communication and information transmission spread more quickly,which is also of great significance to improve the enterprise competitiveness of H company.
