| Since the outbreak of COVID-19,there has been a research boom in the field of archives,and archivists try to examine their dynamic management process in the practice of epidemic archives work.In these studies,there are main concerns in three directions.First,in terms of extensive COVID-19 files,the units actively explore effective collection methods,emphasize all receivables and return the archiving management measures suitable for the unit;the second,the National Archives Administration requires the provincial units to actively develop and utilize the COVID-19 files.Collection work is an important link in the work of special types of archives,which directly affects the richness of the collection and the effect of the later development and utilization.This paper is mainly based on the research perspective of social memory theory,first of all,from the connotation of social memory,the outbreak file under the perspective,clear the association between outbreak collection and social memory,through the outbreak collection,concluded that build social memory has rich collection resources,reproduce epidemic history,cultivate the national spirit and enhance the function of national cohesion.Secondly,based on the collection of COVID-19 files in the Yangtze River Delta region,with the characteristics of early launch,rich number of files to fight the epidemic and strong linkage of regional archives work,this region was selected as the research object.Then,the specific text content of the solicitation announcement is analyzed,and the direction of the current archives in the collection process is explored,which is specifically reflected in the solicitation scope,solicitation method and the delineation of solicitation requirements.Mainly through telephone research,in-depth communication with the archives collection staff,the overall survey,the number of the collection,and the achievements of each museum in the collection.Finally,starting from the problem and combining with the theory of social memory,focusing on enhancing the subject position of the archives and taking the use of the demand orientation,corresponding countermeasures are put forward,and strive to guide the whole people to participate in the construction of the epidemic memory,so as to contribute social strength to the maintenance of the integrity of the epidemic memory. |
