With the rapid development of China's mobile communication industry,the construction of base stations is also expanding rapidly.According to the data statistics of July 2021,the number of tower houses at China's iron tower site has exceeded 2.1million,and the daily maintenance and management responsibility of the base station is great.On November 18,2014,China Tower Co.,Ltd.was established,which took charge of the base station infrastructure of China Mobile,China Unicom and China Telecom.The resource integration has brought great economic benefits.The three operators share the signal tower,base station machine room and supporting power supply equipment of the base station,and the power supply is uniformly provided by the tower company.However,the emerging problem is that the equipment in the base station machine room is numerous,complex and cumbersome.The actual power consumption of the three operators is not easy to measure accurately.The current cost sharing model often can not meet the demands of operators,and even generate disputes.Therefore,it is of great research significance to propose an accurate shunt metering method for base station power consumption and realize it by using edge computing technology.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,this paper makes an in-depth investigation and Research on the current cost sharing mode of base stations,makes a comparative analysis of three kinds of cost sharing modes,and determines the cost sharing mode based on the actual power consumption of each operator.Secondly,based on the idea of edge computing,the overall design scheme of accurate shunt metering system for base station energy consumption is proposed.A variety of industrial grade energy consumption monitoring sensors are adopted and actually deployed in the base station to realize the accurate shunt collection of the power of the communication equipment of the three major telecom operators and the power consumption equipment such as air conditioning in the station,which can be used as the basis for cost sharing.At the same time,the dynamic ring in the base station machine room,including temperature,humidity,smoke and other information,is controlled at the edge,and the key data is uploaded to the cloud.Third,during the actual operation level demonstration,it is found that there are inconsistencies in energy consumption and IOT sensor data.Therefore,this paper studies the data inconsistency.The frequent probabilistic nearest neighbor query algorithm is used for higher accuracy measurement.The program development of uncertain data processing algorithm is completed in the edge intelligent controller.Finally,a remote monitoring platform is developed and deployed.Niagara Internet of things technology is adopted to build the foreground,background and database.The remote data transmission from the cloud side to the edge server is realized by using the mqtt protocol.The system has been in operation and deployed for more than 7 months,which has proved that the accurate shunt measurement method of base station power consumption based on edge calculation studied in this paper is practical and effective,and the power allocation results have been recognized and meet the actual requirements.
