In today's society,the increase of communication service demand and the increase of data volume in the Internet put forward very high requirements for the channel capacity and transmission rate of wireless communication system.Multiple input multiple output(MIMO)system constructs multiple parallel spatial subchannels through the antenna array of the transceiver.When the transmission bandwidth and transmission power are limited,it can greatly improve the channel capacity and transmission rate of the communication system.With its great advantages in these two performances,MIMO has a wide range of applications in civil 5g communication and military array radar.Based on the 64 channel large-scale MIMO hardware system of VPX system,this paper completes the design of multi-channel synchronization scheme between multiple boards,and completes the design and implementation of the key data acquisition module in the system.The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,it analyzes the research on massive MIMO hardware system platform at home and abroad,and analyzes the principle of system architecture design,the principle of high-speed circuit design and the common synchronization technology between multiple channels,which lays a theoretical foundation for system and single board design.Secondly,the design of multi-channel synchronization scheme between multi boards is completed.On the massive MIMO hardware system based on VPX system,by analyzing the common synchronization technologies between multi-channel,firstly,a single board synchronization scheme based on MTS function is determined,and then the multi-channel synchronization scheme between multi boards is completed through the design of key reference signals.Finally,based on the system synchronization scheme,the scheme design of system ADC / DAC high-speed clock is completed.Finally,the design and implementation of the data acquisition module in the system are completed.According to the system requirements,the selection analysis of the core FPGA chip of the data acquisition module is carried out.Then,according to the selected core FPGA chip,the power demand analysis,power scheme design and power on timing design are carried out,and then all the clock designs required on the single board are completed.Then,the PS part on xczu27 dr chip is designed,and then the ADC/ DAC front-end network design and all the high-speed channels on the single board are completed.After the design of the data acquisition board is completed,the layout and wiring of its PCB are designed.Finally,the power scheme of the data acquisition board is tested and verified.
