This paper studies the improvement of channel model and measurement data processing on broadband wireless channel in the high-speed environment. As the basis of design of wireless systems and the channel modeling theory, this article introduced the mobile radio channel propagation characteristics from three approaches which are the average propagation loss, macroscopic fading and micro are fading. And several commonly used parameters which represent the electromagnetic wave propagation process are introduced, such as power delay profile, time dispersion parameters, coherence bandwidth and fading Doppler spectrum. After analyzing characteristics of the low-speed wireless channel, in order to fit the purpose of this paper, the new channel characteristics which are introduced by high-speed mobile environment are analyzed. The rapid changes of the channel will increase the Doppler frequency shift, thereby increasing the inter-subcarrier interference. In order to obtain the channel parameter values to build the channel model, a reasonable channel measurement program is indispensable. Therefore, a new measurement programs based on the analysis of the channel measurement difficulty in high-speed environment, combined with the commonly used channel measurement method is proposed. Measurement results proved the feasibility of this method. As the accuracy of multipath extraction is directly related to the subsequent modeling, this paper presents a new multi-path extraction algorithm. Finally, we launched a study of existing wireless channel model, first briefly discusses the existing mature path loss model, then research on the MIMO technology, MIMO channel and focused on the MIMO model. Then combined with the standard model WINNER’s unique D2a scene, the channel capacity of a high-speed environment were simulated. Finally, the channel model combined the practical application and theory through the simulation of imbalance in MIMO antenna delay based on LTE system.
