In this thesis,the research design used in multi-axis machine tools HCDAS4 E a motion controller based on the special motor control chip,the machine used in PCB production,as the PCB processing industry to improve the machining efficiency and machining accuracy,the need to design a high precision,high efficiency to control the movement of the batch processing machine tool controller,The motion control algorithm is realized by two PCL6045 B motion control chips.According to different application scenarios,you can use the monolithic PCL6045 B three degrees of freedom to make six axis vertical correlation processing the same products,possesses the advantages of low cost,high efficiency,can also be controlled by two PCL6045 B more degrees of freedom alone each spindle,realize one-time processing the application of a number of different products,possesses the advantages of high machining accuracy,high efficiency.To before the actual application in machine tool based on the testing index to complete the function of the motion controller,test whether the desired target motion controller function,avoid directly applied to machine tools to produce misoperation cause unnecessary loss,form a complete set of design has a motion controller test systems through hardware and software together to finish the function test.According to the requirements,this thesis finally completed the design of eight-axis motion controller applied to HCDAS4 E multi-axis CNC machine tool and the hardware circuit and application software design of each module of the test system.The hardware circuit of the motion controller is divided into modules,and the stability of the signal transmission quality of the hardware circuit is guaranteed by means of difference and photoelectric isolation.The two modules of the motion controller communicate with each other through SPI serial port,and use Verilog language to complete the internal logic design of CPLD to realize the serial port conversion function.Test system adopts the scheme of testing software and hardware to cooperate to finish the function test design,hardware design mainly through CPLD each electric signal collection and processing,such as pulse counting,ring back,and other functions,and through the peripheral circuit to complete the real-time display of the result of the test,the test system software design of the upper machine under the first implementation with a machine of Ethernet communication to transmit the command,Secondly,the UI interface operation testing software was designed to simulate the real processing scene and deliver motion control instructions.Finally,the feedback signal of motion controller was periodically monitored and the results were displayed.After completing the hardware and software design of the motion controller and its testing system,the performance test of the hardware circuit of the whole system should be completed first.All the performance indexes of the circuit of each module are up to the standard,and the maximum error of individual index items with error is not more than 5%.The communication is stable when the SPI communication rate is not more than 50 MHz.Under the condition that the circuit performance meets the requirements,the motion controller is used to complete the function test with the test system.The test results realize the control of the correct and stable input and output of the electronic control signals,which meet the functional requirements of the motion control.It can be applied to the processing and production of HCDAS4 E machine tools.
