Research On The Network "Tree Hole" Empathy Communication

In this paper,we use the methods of Content analysis and text analysis to study the whole appearance of the phenomenon of “Tree Hole”in the Internet under the influence of empathy,which is an emotional agent,including the network “Tree Hole”empathy spread performance,the path of realization,the reality of the impact of the network “Tree Hole”empathy spread phenomenon was reflected.The first chapter combs the concept and function of the “Tree hole”of the network,and thinks that the “Tree hole”,named for the hollowness of the tree,appears more as a metaphor on the network public communication platform in the network age,it has evolved into a semi-open online emotional outlet where strangers can open up and reveal themselves.The second chapter analyzes the expression of the network “Tree hole”empathy communication.First of all,according to the empathy stage of the network “Tree hole”in the text of the review of the content analysis,that empathy will strengthen the “Tree hole”empathy communication performance stage differences.Secondly,the paper analyzes the three stages of empathy: “Emotional infection”,“Perspective taking”and “Empathy concern”in the network “Tree hole”.The third chapter analyzes the realization path of Network “Tree hole”empathy communication,the author holds that the complete“Tree-hole”empathy communication needs the empathic object to produce “Empathic understanding”and “Empathic expression”to the self-disclosure of the empathic subject on the basis of his own living environment,and each of these links can not be separated from the participation of media channels.In addition,the process factors such as the object of empathy,the subject of empathy,the living environment,and the media channels cause the “Empathy expression”behavior of the“Tree hole”users,and also affect their “Empathy understanding”,furthermore,it regulates the expression stage of “Tree-hole”empathy communication.The Fourth Chapter Systematically analyzes the realistic influence of Network “Tree Hole”empathy communication.Firstly,this paper analyzes the positive influence of the network “Tree Hole”empathy communication,and concludes that empathy communication can promote the self-acceptance and mutual understanding of users in practice acceptance,and the deep understanding that empathy brings can help users regain hope based on their beliefs,and even the power to drive change in “Spiritual solidarity.”.Secondly,this paper discusses the negative influence of Network “Tree Hole”empathy communication,and thinks that the emotional amplification effect of empathy communication will strengthen users' thinking and self-pity,and some of them beautify the suicide speech existence intensifies the suicide behavior blind obedience and the thought extreme possibility.The fifth chapter introspects the phenomenon of the network “Tree Hole”in the survey.The negative emotions accumulated in the real environment are the root of the excessive empathy in the negative narration in the “Tree Hole”,and it is necessary to perfect the emotional channel to reduce the expression of empathy based on the negative emotions in the “Tree hole” Users often come to the virtual “Tree hole”for “Roast”or seek comfort because real interpersonal communication is difficult to resolve the heart of the depression,the interaction and empathy between strong and weak ties is expected to be the key to the normalization and long-term effectiveness of offline communication in promoting communication and understanding,the difficulty of psychological intervention is increased,which needs to be adjusted by enlarging the training scale of social workers and psychological workers,improving family construction,introducing social forces,etc.Finally,today,when all kinds of information reach the target users almost unimpeded,the dissemination of sensitive information in weakening the “Tree hole”,a special field of communication,can not be separated from the intervention and governance of the platform.However,before the platform makes a governance plan,therefore,it is necessary to make a comprehensive study of the emotional needs of “Tree hole”users and their different characteristics from the social public events,such as online public opinion,so as to enhance the effectiveness of the measures.
