Research On Mobile APP Interaction Design Based On “Use And Satisfaction Theory”

With the popularization of mobile devices,people can not live without smart phones.Mobile APP brings social,shopping,entertainment and other convenience to users' life.With the increasing number of smart mobile APP,designers pay more and more attention to the use and satisfaction of users.In order to make users feel that mobile APP is more convenient and efficient,so as to obtain greater satisfaction,the interface interaction design of mobile APP becomes particularly important.The interaction design of mobile APP needs to be people-oriented.This paper focuses on "user-centered" combined with the use and satisfaction theory in communication,studies users' use needs,use motivation,use attitude and use behavior through questionnaire survey and user portrait,and puts forward the interaction design principles of mobile APP products based on use and satisfaction theory.Combined with technology acceptance model,user experience design,Maslow demand theory and motivation theory,this paper applies goal-oriented design method to study the interaction design process based on user use and satisfaction.In the process of mobile APP interaction design,interaction framework design is the primary task.The interaction framework design of use and satisfaction is studied.Strengthening users' use and satisfaction of mobile APP products can provide new entry points and some basic level suggestions for interaction design,and bring higher efficiency to users without sacrificing user experience.In the present research,there is still not effective methods and models to design the interaction framework of mobile APP by using and satisfaction theory,and to design the overall interaction of APP on this basis.Therefore,this paper proposes the mobile APP interaction design based on the use and satisfaction theory,which not only ensures a good user experience,but also improves the use efficiency of users,develops and improves the existing theory,and puts forward corresponding suggestions on the development strategy of mobile APP interaction design.
