Millimeter wave fuze has the advantages of high detection accuracy,large target recognition rate,good anti-interference performance,etc.It is one of the important directions of radio fuze research.This paper mainly focuses on the overall scheme of millimeter wave fuze detection system and the corresponding RF circuit design,and finally realize the whole RF transceiver front-end module design.For the millimeter wave fuze detection system made the following work.1.The scheme design of the millimeter wave fuze detection system is clarified.The basic principle of the millimeter wave fuze detection system and the advantages of using millimeter wave fuze are elaborated,and the model simulation of the millimeter wave fuze detector RF transceiver front-end system is carried out by using ADS software.2.The design of a millimeter-wave low-noise amplifier chip is studied and implemented.The advantages of MMIC over HMIC and the design characteristics of MMIC low-noise amplifier are analyzed.A millimeter-wave low-noise amplifier chip is designed using the process device model provided by WIN Semiconductor in ADS software simulation.The final design of the millimeter-wave low-noise amplifier chip has a size of 745?m*740?m,an operating frequency of 34-36 GHz,a noise figure of less than 2d B,and a gain of more than20 d B.3.Two microstrip line filters and one LC filter are designed.Among them,the microstrip line filter design adopts a new DGS filter with defective ground structure,the return loss in the passband is less than-40 d B and the insertion loss is less than 2d B,which achieves the goal of better out-of-band rejection performance of the filter.The designed and fabricated LC bandpass filter with center frequency of 8.4MHz and passband of 6.8MHz?10MHz achieves the filtering of the differential frequency signal in the RF transceiver front-end system of the millimeter wave fuze.4.The design and fabrication of the millimeter wave fuze RF transceiver front-end module is realized.Firstly,the power supply module required for the system is designed and fabricated,and the measured results are stable and good.The gain of the low-noise amplifier at 35 GHz reaches 20 d B,which achieves the amplification of the target echo signal.The gain of IF amplifier at 8.4MHz is 15.8d B,which can amplify the IF signal.Finally,the RF antenna integration intermodulation test and strong magnetic field interference experiment were conducted.The test shows that the millimeter wave fuze detection system has small ranging error and meets the design requirements.
