EBAPS is a vacuum solid hybrid micro-optic device with the advantages of high sensitivity,high signal-to-noise ratio,low power consumption,and digitization.It is currently one of the most promising directions in the field of digital low-light night vision.EBAPS needs to work under high pressure,while EBAPS imaging under fixed high pressure is difficult to meet the requirements of wide dynamic range imaging.Therefore,the variable high voltage control of EBAPS is one of the effective methods to realize EBAPS wide dynamic range imaging.To this end,this subject has conducted in-depth research on the wide dynamic imaging technology of EBAPS under variable high pressure.This article first briefly introduces the development of low-light-level night vision technology,which focuses on the development of EBAPS.Then the hardware design of the EBAPS imaging system was carried out,and the main device selection and hardware circuit design were completed.The hardware circuit includes image acquisition board,FPGA core board and multi-format output board,which has the advantages of miniaturization and low power consumption.Then use FPGA as the platform to design the logic of EBAPS imaging system.The logic design mainly includes EBAPS drive module,image storage module,multi-format transmission timing module and digital-to-analog conversion module.Then use the Verilog hardware language to complete the HDMI encoding algorithm design.At the same time,in order to improve the adaptability of the imaging system,an automatic exposure algorithm based on adjustable step length is proposed.Finally,use the imaging system of this article to carry out the EBAPS high-voltage electron bombardment test experiment and analyze the experimental data.At the same time,in view of the problem of poor image contrast in low-illumination environments,a low-illuminance image dynamic range adjustment algorithm is designed.Finally,according to the experimental data,the automatic control of EBAPS high pressure is realized through program control,and the EBAPS imaging experiment under variable high pressure is performed.The results show that the EBAPS imaging system in this paper can be in the range of 2.0×10-4 lx illuminance to 2.3×104 lx illuminance under the condition of variable voltage up to 2000V.Recognize human targets under dynamic range.
