All-MOS voltage reference has been widely used in digital and analog circuit because of its advantage of low voltage and high compatibility with the CMOS process.The design of the MOS voltage reference has been facing a new challenge with the working conditions of wide temperature.Therefore,how to ensure the reference circuit under the condition of wide temperature and reliable work at the same time,and to realize low temperature coefficient,high power supply rejection ratio,low power consumption has become the focus of the development full MOS voltage reference.Based on the in-depth discussion of all-MOS voltage reference,a circuit of all-MOS voltage reference within wide temperature,low temperatute coefficient,and high power supply rejection ratio is proposed.Based on mutual compensation of thermal voltage and threshold voltage,the temperature sensor circuit is used to monitor the current temperature,and the temperature compensation circuit is used to work when the temperature is ultimate temperature to reduce the temperature coefficient.Based on the contradiction between power and power supply rejection ratio,a feedback circuit is used to increase the voltage of the power supply rejection ratio,by increasing power supply ripple counteract.Focused on the parameter of temperature coefficient,power supply rejection ratio and power consumption,area,supply voltage,are also payed attention to.All-MOS voltage reference with low temperature coefficient,and high power supply rejection ratio in wide temperature of-25??125?,has been designed.In this thesis,based on Chart 0.18?m CMOS process,the circuit and layout design of all-MOS voltage reference within a wide range of temperature is completed.The Post-Simulation results show that,all-MOS voltage reference enables to work in the range of-25??125?.The output is 992.62mV while the power supply is 1.8V,with the current of all branches of 4.429?A,and minimum supply voltage of 1.03V,temperature coefficient of 18.05ppm/?,and PSRR can reach to be-55.9dB@1kHz.All the results basically meet the requirements.
