In recent years,with the rapid development of sensor technology,wireless communication technology,embedded technology and computer technology,wireless sensor networks,as an important part of the Internet of Things,have attained more attention.This paper combines network coding and artificial fish swarm algorithms to design and implement a reliable routing based on network coding for wireless sensor networks.First,based on the analysis of data collection problems in wireless sensor networks,coding opportunities are defined,and a multi-source single-destination collection model using network coding technology is established.Based on this model,artificial fish swarm algorithm is used to establish a reliable routing based on network coding for wireless sensor networks(NCFish),improves the reliability of data transmission of wireless sensor network by exploiting the coding opportunities in multipath routing.In the routing protocol,the encoding and transmission of data of the source nodes,intermediate node sand destination node are respectively designed in detail.Then the benefits of "Soft-Joint" is analysed for the wireless sensor network data collection model using network coding,and “Soft-Joint” is used to the above reliable routing based on network coding for wireless sensor network,in order to get more benefits of coding opportunities.The improved reliable routing is called NCFish-S.Finally,with the NS2 platform,the routing protocol(NCFish)and its improved one(NCFish-S)are simulated for changes in coding opportunities,and the performance of these two routing protocols is compared with the classic flood routing BF and multipath routing MDSR.It's proved that the routing protocol(NCFish)and its improved one(NCFish-S)are reliable in data transmission.
